Wayan has together with his friendly staff, created a “Fairy tale” place outside a small village up in the mountains/jungle, away from the busy touristic areas. A perfect “Get away” place for some days, where you can just relax in a Hammock and listen to the jungle. Hike down trough the jungle down to the river (5-10 min) for a morning bath in a spring water pool. Hike up in the small village to see local rice fields. Nice restaurant with a wide menu and local wines. Perfect for Honeymooners, or for (as us) old backpackers enjoying genuine local places and nature. (Good starting point for the Mt Batur hike, the resort can arrange the whole package).

Every detail has been thought through in such an imaginative, tasteful way. The shower worked beautifully and it was heavenly spending time in the treehouse, I never wanted to leave! I wish more people would make these sorts of places as it was such a joy.

They were flexible with check in + check out time as long as they didn't have other reservation (So they let me stay in the room a bit more and shower after I returned from the dive, which was very thoughtful), and also they were flexible with the bike rental. Wayan the guy that works there was so nice and even dropped me off at the pier! Would definitely return there.

Staff are also decent. Rooms are comfy and clean. Close to the nature. I will remember our late night conversation with bum bum. Definitely recommend place to stay at.
