The apartment was very clean. Daniele lived just below our apartment so it was easy to contact him when necessary. Underground parking was a plus. It was nice to have a kitchen so that we could have breakfast without leaving the apartment early.

The room was a studio apartment with two twin beds, a small kitchen at one end, and a good sized bathroom. The kitchen area, which has a stovetop, microwave and mini-refrigerator, was well stocked. Everything was clean and the room was very comfortable.

The only down side for us was walking to and from everywhere and we enjoyed except in the rain. I do love the Apartment, the location and views are incredible and Nicole was the best Host ever !!!

Wonderful calm location but within easy walking distance of the centre of Livigno, incredibly cosy and comfortable. Amazingly well equipped, fabulous showers, cute traditional decor, hosts responsive when required. Decent supermarket nearby, plus a good restaurant. Ideal for our children and our dog loved to be able to roam free in the snow right outside the door too. All in all highly recommended, we hope to come back soon.

The apartament exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, clean and very well equipped. The view from window was also very nice. Owners were more than happy to help us. Private parking with direct entrance to ski storage was very convenient after skiing. 5 minutes from Bormio center by car. There was also available ski bus jus down the road (300 meteres from Chalet). Best value for money I have ever been skiing in the Alps.
