We arrived very late and still they prepared dinner for us which was very tasty. Staff is very helpfull and always ready to help you.

I cannot rate my one night stay in sigiriya highly enough ,from start to finish the host was amazing . The lodgings were separate from the main family home but the host was always nearby to offer you some advice /help and general chit chat . The sunrise here was one of the best and stargazing at night was second to none . The peace and tranquility was truely the best a perfect start to my solo trip . The host made me the most beautiful breakfast with a massive selection ,I wouldn't finish! People need to come here for a one night vacay at least!!! Thank you 🙏

Offering a garden, Sun and Green Lodge is situated in Dambulla. Dambulla Cave Temple is 5 km from the property while Sigiriya is 9 km away. Free WiFi is offered . Best hosts you could possibly imagine! The place is amazing, it feels as if you step into a huge jungle :) the food was delicious (the portions were massiveeee!!).

Set amidst a natural landscape, Back of Beyond – Pidurangala offers a peaceful getaway in Sigiriya. our very first stay in Sri Lanka and what a dreamy place.. the staff is truly welcoming and kind, the room is clean and the food is really tasty. Waking up in the middle of the jungle feels amazingly peaceful and we can not recommend this place enough

Set in Matale and only 44 km from Kandy City Center Shopping Mall, Heavens Acres Lodge offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The lodge had a beautiful and peaceful garden filled with trees, creating a serene atmosphere. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary tools and appliances, including pots, pans, a gas cooker, fridge, and washing machine. The rooms were also nicely arranged and had everything we needed. The bathroom was well-maintained and clean. Overall, it was the best stay we've ever had.

Spiritual Nature Farm - Sri Lanka features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Matale, 29 km from Kandy City Center Shopping Mall. I give a 10 not for the accommodation, which was really simple, but for the real and raw experience of living a couple of days together with Niro, Umanga and their family. We saw the beautiful sides as their hospitality, the stunning nature, good organic food. But we also saw the struggle and need for financial support as they lost their original land (some photos are still from the old land) and termites are breaking their home. They have good intentions, trying not only to help themselves, but having worked together with the school in the village and helped people build their homes. Right now they need help on their own home. So if you'd like to get to know them and support them, come and check out their place.

If you love to stay in a calm, quiet place, this is the one. Food was really good and staff were really helpful you can request food you want. Overall it was a different experience like in a forest.

Situated in Sigiriya, 1.1 km from Sigiriya Rock and 3.9 km from Pidurangala Rock, The Jungle Path Lodge features accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning and access to a garden with a terrace. Incredibly kind family owners-I arrived super early having cycled there, they served me a delicious breakfast and got my room ready ASAP. Location is fab-you can enter Sigiriya rock via a back entrance (but it might be worth getting your entry ticket on your way to hotel as its a bit of a walk to the ticket office (inside the museum) once you are at the hotel. Easy walk into town/ restaurants. Room is basic but super clean,mini fridge, kettle provided and outdoor seating. All set in lovely garden.

Located 2.6 km from Sigiriya Rock, Sigiriya Hillside View Villa provides accommodation with a garden, a terrace and room service for your convenience. Free WiFi is provided. The service and the people were unusual. I received a lot of help and useful information during this five day stay.
