The Western and Sri Lankan food we enjoyed during our stay was outstanding. The owner of the property is very kind and personally ensures that guests are comfortable. She helped us book a Yala safari with a professional naturalist. We will definitely return. This property is a gem, and with the first-class service of the staff, there's no need to look further. We highly recommend staying at this property if you plan to visit Block 5 in Yala, as it is closer to Block 5.

They organised our safari and we truly enjoyed sharing special moments and discussions with Praveen the manager who is passionate and goes the extra mile to make his guests feel welcome and special. The food is delicious - one of the best in Sri Lanka - and the atmosphere very relaxed. It’s a bit of paradise on Earth. Thank you Praveen for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. Guests can relax in the garden at the property. The accomodation is like a hotel in the jungle! The best kind of glamping you could ask for. Dinner is brought to your room (whilst the restaurant is under construction) and was some of the tastiest food we’ve had. The hosts will organise a safari tour for you. We picked the full day and breakfast and lunch was catered for us - more than enough food! The accomodation is on the border of Yala National Park and it was amazing to wake up to monkeys in the trees and buffalo in the garden. Highly reccomended a stay here.

The chalets are built on stilts 5 feet above the ground. Kele Yala provides all rooms with a balcony, and all rooms include a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Rooms at the accommodation also feature air conditioning and a desk. The property offers a view of the surrounding wilderness. Very clean rooms! The pool was amazing and the staff was so friendly.
