Finca Ometepe was the highlight of our visit to Isla Ometepe! We enjoyed the warm hospitality of our hosts, Hanna and Hakan, who welcomed us to their home, shared their food, showed us around the farm and made us feel at home!. It was a very special experience for all of us, we had never experienced something similar on our travels before. We picked organic greens for salad together, participated in milking the goats, searching for eggs, processing Cacao and Cafe grown on the farm, enjoyed making our own pizza in their clay oven, and baking the most delicious brownies from their cacao (and recipe!). The farm is beautiful and relaxed, the casita has comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and spacious outdoor dining area with hammocks to relax in. Breakfasts where homemade, yummy and varied, and on top of all of these, hauler monkeys visited nearby every morning!

You feel like you're in the middle of the jungle, it's a beautiful hotel and the rooms are really spacious. My favorite things about the room was the large hammock and outdoor enclosed shower. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the food was good and we liked that breakfast was included.

Maderase vulkaan on puhkemajast 6,3 km kaugusel. everything! it was a beautiful space, the bed was comfy, the staff were kind, the breakfast (at additional cost of a reasonable $5) was awesome, it was a great location, the “in nature” feel was perfect and the VIEW!! amazing

The location and atmosphere is very quiet and peaceful, a stunning place to watch the sunset. It is very handy to be able to rent a moto there as you will end this to get around.

Beach cottage ometepe asub Altagracias, 600 meetri kaugusel Santo Domingo rannast. Kohapeal on erarand, tasuta eraparkla, aed ja baar. Majutusasutusest avaneb vaade mägedele ja järvele. The best part of staying here is that Hector makes you feel like family. He is such a kind man. He's willing to stop what he's doing to help at any time. We felt safe there because he was always either downstairs or nearby. The location is very ideal. It's right off the main road and I liked how it was kind of central to all of the adventures and activities we wanted to do. The Saturday market was also right along that road as well which was cool! It is a great budget friendly place. You have everything you need. Don't expect it to be luxurious but expect to have everything you need here. Plus you get to look out at the lake from your patio! Great coffee spot! There's a couple good restaurants that are walking distance as well as a tiny "pulperia" to get some basic food for the place. If you're wanting to do all of your cooking here just make sure to bring some groceries from the Mainland as your options will be limited.
