We booked this super last minute (~2 hours before showing up) as we’d been trekking through the mountains in the rain for two days and really wanted to get warm and dry. This place was SO CUTE, very cozy, had laundry facilities so we could dry our wet clothes, and the shared bathrooms were very clean. Even had boot driers which was a wonderful surprise. We felt very safe in the house as well. Thank you for such an amazing stay!!!

Close to picturesque Ballstad village. Just right up near by houses on the main street there is a track to Offersøykammen, breathtaking peak rising from turbulent waters of the Nappstraument. On the top we saw couple eagles and some traces of black grouse;) we climbed on 30th of December a lot of snow , remember to take with you gaiters;) And the most important, great and fast communication with the facility employee. Jimmy thank you so much for getting us from the ditch, we got stuck in the snow. True winter in Lofoten:p Definitely recommend :)

Well equipped accommodation.Location was good with view over the water.But a car is recommended.All queries were responded immediately.A 10 to Trond.He helped us with problems that were not even connected to the accommodation.Highly recommended.

All units, except the standard room, has a terrace with harbour or ocean view. . All units have a coffe maker, kettle, fridge, and privat bathroom with shower. The patio and the view of the harbor are great! The cabin is really warm you don’t even remember you are in the cold zone of the earth.

Lofoten Planet BaseCamp is situated in Sørvågen in the Nordland Region, an area known for hiking and skiing. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. The accomodation is well located and very clean. Radka is lovely and welcoming. She gave us some wonderful recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay!

Breakfast is available upon request. Guests can enjoy a walk on the beach, hiking in the mountains and horseback riding on Icelandic horses. A beach-side hot tub can be used during warm weather at a surcharge. Location for aurora is perfect. Amazing view, design of the lodge, full equipt lodge, kitchen, washing machine.

Some units have a balcony or patio. The Fisherman's Cottage units include a kitchen equipped with an oven, a fridge and a dining area. The Hillside cabins feature a small fridge. Free WiFi is included. Modern and big room, we are 4 people, 2BRs with shared bathroom. Kitchen equipments were new and sufficient for cooking, but no microwave. It was my best stay of Lofoten trip.
