I liked everything, so I'll just write what I liked best (in a random order): - the room (well furnished and well decorated, spacious, clean attached bathroom with very hot shower, is a little house separated from the other rooms so it's quite intimate and isolated from other guests' noise), - the food (they have real - homemade- bread !), the fact that you can order breakfast/lunch/snacks from 8 am onwards, the attention to providing good quality products, - the atmosphere (guests and staff eat dinner all together, so it's really easy to feel like you're hanging out with your friends while staying there) (also it's not too big a place - max 6 guests - and there are many nice spots to chill)(in the evening, there's also a fire to chill around all together), - the staff <3 - the walking safaris (I did also a jeep safari but I liked better the walking ones) - the general spirit in which the place is run

Very nice, quiet and relaxing. Owners care about making a good experience. Their quiet jeep was better for doing a jeep safari than some of the diesel ones

El Bardia Eco Lodge está situado en Bardiyā y alberga un restaurante y una terraza. La entrada al parque nacional de Bardia está a 500 metros. Hay conexión WiFi gratuita. The staff was very nice and gentle and provided us with lots of help. The lodge is very clean and its gardens gave us the feeling we were inside the jungle. The balcony view of the park is simply stunning and the lodge is very close to the park's entrance. Food always included local vegetables and it was very well cooked. Its location is one of the key features as you can go to the village in a few minutes but you are also very close to the park and you can hear the animals at night and sight them during the day from the balcony and the view tower. The room had a fan and it was enough to keep us cool and sleep well throughout the night even with the hot temperatures outside. We have done jungle walks, jeep safari and rafting. The guides were very experienced and respectful of nature and wildlife and made the experiences wonderful. Madhu, the lodge manager, is an incredible person.
