The room was excellent having all the required amenities and most of the facilities were quite modern. We loved the thermal pool and it allowed us to relax after a busy day out. The bed was very comfortable and we recommend this property highly!

The property was amazing it was beautifully presented and the hardens were amazing. There were lots of special touches like organic soaps, free range eggs and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting

Wow wow wow, this is an amazing property, with upstairs living area. Which has superb views of the lake, and hills surrounding it, the property is modern and spacious and superb kitchen , we decided to eat in each night as this property was so good with great views, . Bedrooms lovely, shower good, and plenty of parking,

Set in Mapara Valley, adjacent to the stunning Whakaipo Bay Reserve on Lake Taupo, Whakaipo Lodge offers guests free WiFi. Whakaipo Lodge was a superb place to stay in every way. The owners, Garth & Angie went beyond the call to make our stay memorable & easy to highly recommend from the welcome, to the pre dinner drinks & canapes, the sharing of local knowledge & the beautifully presented, comfortable rooms. The breakfast was 10/10 using locally sourced high quality products. The coffee also got a gold star.

Set on 17 acres of countryside on the banks of the Waikato River, Huka Lodge boasts an outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court, free airport transfers and a spa pool. Wonderful location, each room is private but with great views. Food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner. Staff were superb, very helpful, responsive and friendly.
