With mountain views, JoyStay is located in Cat Ba and has a restaurant, a shared kitchen, bar, garden and sun terrace. Both WiFi and private parking are available at the lodge free of charge. The owner is very kind and he helped us organizing the day trip in Halong Bay. The taxi came to pick us up and drop us in the city to take the night bus going to Sapa. The little cabin is super cute and there is everything you need. We also rented a motorbike for a good price in the same Homestay. Thank you for everything!

With city views, Green Homestay is set in Cat Ba and has a restaurant, a shared kitchen, bar, garden, seasonal outdoor pool and terrace. The rooms were clean (including in the bathroom). The A/C worked very well and the pool was clean and very nice to hang out in. The host is so sweet and his kids are adorable. He went out of his way to accommodate us and we couldn’t say better things! There is also a lovely view from the pool and some of the rooms. Recommend it!

Hien is very helpful, always available and cooks very well! the house was very clean, in beautiful nature, good Wi-Fi to work with! you need a scooter to get around the island, and I really think the location of this hotel was perfect.. Cat Ba city isn’t that big of a deal, we preferred to stay somewhere truly beautiful and peaceful… and we found the perfect place for that! thank you again!!!

Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, and a restaurant, Cat Ba Spring Garden Private House offers accommodation in Cat Ba with free WiFi and sea views. For us the best thing about this accommodation was the family running it. Linda and her family are the sweetest, most amazing people ever. It doesnt feel like they are running a business, it feels like you are going to their home and that's how they treated us. We are traveling with our 1 year old baby, and we also got sick mid-way through our stay. We have felt so incredibly taken care of, and Linda went out of her way to help us with anything we may have needed. We are are really really thankful and appreciate everything so so much! We rented a bigger house 3 min walking from the main area, with the pool and the restaurant, and the yard we had was great!

Located in Cat Ba National Park, Viet Hai Lan Homestay provides accommodation with free Wifi, air conditioning and access to the garden. All rooms features garden and mountain views. We loved everything about our week-long stay at Lan Homestay. The location was perfect for us to explore the village on a scooter/motorbike (which they have available for rent). It's in a quiet neighborhood on a hill, which is located in hidden valley. The landscaping and grounds are beautiful with an abundance of flowering plants, and jackfruit trees that make the property feel like an eco-resort. The staff works tirelessly to keep everything in perfect condition - everyone seemed to be working around the clock. The included breakfast was very good — with a choice of a beverage and a choice of food and always served with a plate of fresh fruit. We also enjoyed a couple of other meals there and everything we ordered was delicious. Most of all our host, Mr. Chilly was everything you could ask for in a great host. He was super-friendly and assisted us with anything we needed from providing suggestions for things to do in Cat Ba to arranging travel for us back to our Hanoi . We would highly recommend Lan Homestay and will stay here again next time we come to Cat Ba.

Located a 15-minute drive from Cat Ba National Park, Cat Ba Eco Lodge Resort offers a peaceful getaway boasting natural surroundings. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the resort. Incredible spot, in the middle of the woods surrounded by nature. The cabin was facing the lake, if available, I would strongly recommend that option, it is worth the money. Staff was super helpful and nice. They booked everything for us at a very good price and provide guidance for the different trekkings. Swimingpool was great, clean and chill water, sun beds and also towels so you don’t need to bring yours from the bedroom.
