Spacious holiday house with the huge terrace and very cosy tent and cottage. Super easy communication with the host, everything went very smooth.

The property is amazing, really spacious, cleaned everyday to a high standard. It has an amazing outdoor area with a Braai which we enjoyed using. It’s a great base location to visit Addo Elephant park which is an hour away. The lodge is secluded and you feel totally immersed in the beautiful surroundings, we walked in the mornings, saw lots of animals especially at night on the way back to the lodge. Safari’s are also available but we did these in Amakhala so just relaxed in the afternoons. There are a few nice restaurants in the local town if you want to eat out, if not the local spar is good. Thanks so much to Sonya and Frik for making us feel so welcome.

We unfortunately arrived in the rain and left in the rain, so the birdwatching I hoped for was a little dampened. Fortunate rain for all the animals plants and people of the bushveld tho! The owners are gracious and helpful - and such good cooks. Despite the downpours and wind, we slept warm and dry in our unique accommodation. Would love to visit again on a sunny day!

The highlight was the tranquillity and nature of the accommodation. It is also very beautiful, stylish and cozy. We immediately felt at home. Ingrid is a brilliant hostess and gives good advice. She is very friendly and helpful. Both breakfast and dinner are delicious. Even though the access road to the lodge is a bit long, you can easily reach activities such as Addo and Schotia Safari.

Addo Wildlife ligt in de buurt van Addo Elephant Park in de regio Oost-Kaap. Het biedt een restaurant, een buitenbad en gratis privéparkeren. Although most staff were on strike and there was nearby unrest, the working staff were friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us.

Charihandra Game Lodge ligt in Addo en biedt overal gratis WiFi, airconditioning en privéparkeergelegenheid. Deze is beschikbaar op het terrein. U kunt een duik nemen in het buitenzwembad. Heerlijk eten. Topverblijf. Een echte aanrader!

River Front Estate ligt aan de oevers van de Sundays River en biedt accommodatie met eigen kookgelegenheid in Addo. Het nationaal park Addo Elephant ligt op 13 km afstand. De ligging was perfect, supermarkt dicht bij. Het was super netjes. En het personeel was vriendelijk en lief. Elke dag netjes schoongemaakt en als je iets nodig hebt hoef je het maar te vragen.

Offering panoramic views of the Zuurberg Mountain Range, Camp Figtree by The Oyster Collection features a variety of game drives, safaris and game walks. De Outpost kamer is geweldig. Lekker in de natuur maar toch veel luxe. De douche en bad in de buitenlucht zijn een grote aanrader. Personeel enorm behulpzaam en super vriendelijk!

Dit pension met safari-thema biedt 4-sterrenaccommodatie in de provincie Oost-Kaap en kijkt uit op een vallei. Ter ontspanning is er een seizoensgebonden buitenzwembad. This is a lovely lodge that has a safari theme and is dedicated to giraffe game drives: do not miss this! They do not have wild animals so you can get off the safari vehicle and walk next to the giraffes!! That was such a highlight! The room was as advertised and the dinner we booked was very nourishing and good: but the giraffe drive was amazing!
