The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly- especially the girl who gave the spa treatment (Christina).
Hotel Princep hotel lies in the centre of Andorra’s commercial district, 50 metres from Illa Carlemany shopping centre. It offers stylish, air-conditioned rooms with satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and safe....
Free parking is available and even if the hotel parking is full (which isn't that seldom) you can park outside in the blue zone for free. Location is convenient but you need a car. Staff is very friendly and speaks some English/French apart from the local language. Room is clean and nice, bathroom is a little bit outdated but nonetheless clean and functional. Only thing to remark is the rather small size of the double bed - it is more like an extended single bed which is less suitable for two people
I travelled to Andorra in a car from Spain, so the location was very good for me - in Aixovall close to Spanish border. The hotel has its own free parking that closes at night where I could leave a car, it was also important. The hotel proposes breakfast, we did not use it but it's nice to have. And after the breakfast they still can serve a coffee.
There are some restaurants and bars nearby as well and it's close to San Julia de Loria town
We Andora Hotels can be expensive, And in this booking, At this price, No complaints.
Luckily we had a room at the rear, Overlooking the River.
The Downsides,
whole hotel could use a good handyman.
The Restaurant is not open anymore , Fortunately, We got mega lucky, And found an EXCELLENT place a mile or so up the road, on the left, Called "Borda de l'Arena" Traditional food at very decent prices, So perfect
Check-in was smooth. Host messaged back in a timely, informative manner. Great with my 2 15-kg dogs. There's a trail up the mountail directly behind the hotel. We took our dogs for a long 2 hour mostly off-lead hike. Very convenient. Beds very comfortable. Good coffee. Parking next to building.
The hotel manager was very sweet and helpful and helped us store our bag (we were going on a one week hike) and helped us organising a taxi. Location is right next to the river and mountain. The hotel is a bit older, so if you like travelling back in time you will feel at home.
It is not the most comfortable hotel, but it cheaper then the other hotels, the staff is nice and it offers free parking. Great hotel if you come by car, don't want to spend too much and don't mind driving around to get somewhere (which you need to do in Andorra anyway).
Hotel Peralba is an unprepossessing 2* hotel on the outskirts of Andorra la Vella. We were travelling through Andorra to Spain and it was a welcome break. It had a secure car park that was safe at night. It's best feature is that it is NOT 'in' Andorra la Vella.
Basic hotel that did everything very well. Clean, comfortable room with excellent bathroom and shower. Kind and helpful staff. A wonderful value dinner at €12-14 for three courses and coffee.
We have stayed at this hotel many times because the people are welcoming & friendly. Good sized room with fan & fridge. It is well situated, a quick drive to be a choice of restaurants.
