The location was really good. The train and metro station is a 3 minutes walk away and the Belvedere palace is not so far away as well. With metro or tram everything was easily accessible, the Schronbunn palace was like only a 20 minutes ride. The room was clean and very quiet. If you plan to use the train during your stay, the monitor in the lobby helps a lot because it shows all the trains and their departure time.

Visitors can wander around beautiful park grounds in the Wiener Prater and Schonbrunn Palace provides imperial and extravagant grounds to stroll through. Vienna is wonderful. Perfect both for sightseeing, museum visiting and relaxing in coffee shops. Get Vienna Pass, it's extremely profitable if you want to visit many museums. All museums were great, I especially liked Albertina, Kunsthistorishes Museum, Narrenturm, Imperial Treasury and Weltmuseum. The Zoo was lovely. Ferris Wheel was skippable :)

Beautiful city with a lot of green areas, amazing architecture and museums. I really liked The Butterflies House, Madhouse Tower and Museum of Art. I couldn't find some places for drinking coffee or drinks in parks or nearby the river, but maybe I haven't looked for enough :-) A lot of cafeterias and restaurants are closed since Saturday's evening till Monday morning, what is a shame and odd for me. I recommend Wien to visit and see, but it will be not a return-place.

Vienna is a fantastic city to visit.
Vienna is a fantastic city to visit. Just make sure you do your research beforehand. There are so many historic, religious, cultural, museum opportunities, you need to know where you want to go before you get here! You will not need a rental car if you stay within the city, because public transport is more than adequate (and very well maintained!) Learn a few basic German phrases before you get here, but, don't worry, everyone knows English, too. If you travel out to the countryside, you can still communicate, but not quite as easily.

Vienna is a beautiful city, we only spent a long weekend but could easily have had more days. Lots of culture and sites to see and easy enough to walk around or plenty of public transport to take. The food was amazing, would recommend to pre book as a lot of places were already full if you didn't.

We've found Vienna to be the same as 6 years ago, museums, monuments and attractions' wise. Prices, though, went through the roof on admission tickets to various venues and restaurants meals.
We've still revisited 'The Albertina', Hofburg Sisi Museum, St Stephan's Cathedral, and so on.

Vienna is a stunning city to visit whether enjoying beautiful coffee, browsing in shops of interest or going to a concert.
I am an avid knitter and loved the yarn shops in Vienna. I highly recommend wollewien, Pingouin and Laniato. They each had a great selection of yarns. wollewien was my top pick because the staff were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.
We had the most wonderful stay at the Guesthouse Vienna. The location was perfect for us to walk to all the sights and the subway station. The hotel itself was quiet, cozy, and charming. We commented on how we had everything we needed: a central location, comfy bed, hot shower with amazing water pressure, cozy but modern decor, friendly and helpful staff, and a wonderful cafe to grab a bite to eat. The staff were able to hire a clean and comfortable ride to and from the airport. As two women traveling alone, we especially felt safe.
Rioca is truly in a league of its own, by far the best accomodation we have booked. The distance to the city centre is compensated by great metro, tram and airport train connections. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed free coffee from Rioca. The room was cleaned, with a modern style and impressive facilities including TV, AC, bluetooth sound system, bed with RGB ambiental lighting, fridge, freezer, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and hair dryer.
We loved Rioca and will definetly book again next time in Vienna.
Great location with easy access to the city center and airport transfer options; shining clean rooms, modern minimalistic design (love it!), efficient organization of room space with lots of storage, large but cozy lobby to chill with a cup of coffee and cake, kitchen in the lobby if you want to cook your own meals (which I did), super friendly, helpful staff, good WiFi, pleasant music streaming from the radio and much more. 100% recommended. If I go back to Vienna, I'll stay at the same hotel.
Nice hotel with a great location, close to transport links and within 10 minutes of Vienna City centre. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and very warm. The breakfast was very good, with a great variety. The staff were very nice across the hotel and a special mention for Kumar from the breakfast team, he was very kind, and made us feel welcomed and at home. We will be sure to book this hotel the next time we come to Vienna. Thank you Kumar, you gave us a great experience!
The location of the hotel was very good for my purposes: Conference at the Vienna International Center. The hotel was next to the U1 line (the most useful line in Vienna), and hence I had easy access to both the conference venue and the city center and all the nice museums.
The place was beautiful. The design of the hotel was very nice, there was a nice small outdoors area to relax, and the cleanness levels were exceptional. The breakfast had everything I would expect.
You can find parking spots on the street, they are free of charge during the night. There's also a public parking garage nearby, "Tiefgarage Lerchenfelderstraße - Wien | APCOA", we paid 14 Euros for a night and 12 hours during the day, although you need the app of the parking garage and the app is not available for all the countries.
The Hotel is great for its position, you can visit by foot all the major attractions of Vienna's City Center.
My girlfriend and I loved the Niu Franz Hotel! The room was stylish and well-equipped and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was perfect for us with a short tram ride taking you right into the city centre. I would recommend the buffet breakfast as there was a vast array of hot and cold food to choose from. Will definitely be coming back to the Niu Franz Hotel when we visit Vienna again!
Hotel was in a quiet and peaceful place. Tram station is only 100 meters away. Underground is 7 mints walking. So very convenient public transport. Also hotel has their own private parking place 15 euro/day. So you can keep the car in hotel parking and use public transport day ticket for visiting all the attraction inside the Vienna city. Vienna city centre is just 3 Kms away from the hotel, if you go by walking.
The rooms are very beautiful, well equipped and clean. We had a fully functional kitchen, a very comfortable bed and everything we could possibly need. I enjoyed cooking for us, the kitchen is great. It's an apartment inside a hotel, which we loved. The location is great, close to the city centre and with the U2 metro line 2 minutes away. We even got a complimentary ride from the airport to the hotel.
Absolutely amazing, everything, really!! The staff was very helpful and kind, room was BEAUTIFUL, bed super comfortable, location was good as well - not that far from city centre and just few minutes walking to the train station. If we come back to Vienna, I will not be searching any other hotel, this was number 1 and for sure we come back. Thank you for everything, wish to spend more time there 🙏
Great hotel. The room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was great - everything was fresh and well made with a lot of vegetarian options. The hotel is close to the central train station, so it is really easy and fast to reach the airport. Public transportation in Vienna is amazing, and it took us 10 minutes to get to the city centre. I would highly recommend this hotel
Excellent location, close to the city center and with plenty restaurants nearby. Good connection with the airport, the metro station being in front of the hotel. I loved the expresso machine in the room. The windows not overlooking the main street, it was very quiet at night. The hotel employees are very kind. I will choose this hotel for future travels in Vienna.
The location was excellent the 44 tram stopped right outside the hotel that would bring you a short distance to the city centre. The hotel was very clean every day our room was serviced and toiletries replenished. When we around the guy who checked us in gave us a map of Vienna and circled the places he recommended this really helped!
Everything was excellent. Opposite the train station Vien Mitte with direct train to the airport! (16 minutes trip) It was next to a park with many shops and cafes around it, really close to the city centre ( around 5-10 minutes walk) . We will definitely stay again in this hotel in our next trip to Vienna.
The room is big enough for 2 adults and a child. Hotel is super clean. They also gave us free drinks with their green stay program. The staff is awesome. I prefer this hotel if I revisit Vienna. It is not far from the city center. You can walk or take a tram from Stephansplatz.
Very good hotel near the old city center, everything is within a walking distance with metro/tram/bus just 5 minutes away if need to go to other areas of Vienna.
Very comfortable and relatively big room with very good beds. Very clean and very welcoming.
The property is spot clean, easy accessible through tram, minutes away from the city centre.
The unique theme and hotel design, topped up by excellent service and staff, represents best value for money. Definitely shall stay again!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and located 5 mins walk from the Vienna city centre which is very good! Rooms are massive! Recommended 100%
