The breakfast was a very good value for money. It had everything necessary and was tasty. The views from the rooms are stunning! The owner was very forthcoming on explaining the possibilities for our biking routs and the information in the rooms was also very extensive. There is a lot to do also arround Wesenufer so we would have liked to stay some more days, but we will for sure return at a later time.

The property was chosen as it was the only one on Booking.com in my chosen village; however, it did not disappoint and has recently been renovated.
A very positive surprise. The tow has some nice restaurants and a lot of activities in the surrounding. We would have loved to stay at least a day more.
The walking or biking tour of the views of the danube including the Schlogener Schlinge seems very interesting.
Getting arround is easy on foot or on bike. Overall it's a great spot for nature tourism.

Wesenufer is a peaceful village on the Danube.
Wesenufer is a peaceful village on the Danube. Great pub with beer garden by the river. Great place for those who want to get away from it all. Great hiking and cycling and about 10 minute drive to the Danube Schlogen. Beautiful drive from Passau to Wesenufer along the river bank.

Such a beautiful location, on the bike path and overlooking the Danube. We were accepted as a last minute booking when most hotels were closed. We enjoyed a lovely dinner and conversation with the family as well as a bountiful breakfast. It was too chilly for the outdoor patios, but they will be lovely in summer.
