The staff were extremely helpful the shuttle bus a real bonus.
We arrived with a small gap in our research in that there were 3 days public holidays and almost everything closed. The staff found many thigs for us to do in place of the major attractions being closed.

We truly enjoyed the convenience of the location, quality of the infrastructure and a very welcoming team. The breakfast was balanced and savoury.

The hotel is REALLY old, but nothing that actually interfered in our experience, even though in a first glance it is a bit shocking when you see it.
Location was great, really close to the Regalia Museum and in a 10-min walk to most of Bandar Seri Begawan's top attractions. Additionally, the room could really hold the temperature - it was scorching hot outside, but really nice inside, even with A/C off. Another huge plus was the restaurant, with fantastic and affordable food!

Different tourists have different tastes and preferences, hence my wonderful experiences of BSB may not be the same as that of others. But given the cost of my recent visit to BSB, I must say that it is like a "province" of Singapore -- with wide, landscaped roadways, generally clean points of interests, and sparsely populated (because of Ramadan?).
We did have a good time!

I love Bandar Seri Begawan.
I love Bandar Seri Begawan. It has been my ancestors' place of origin, of course, but that is not the only reason. The reasons are attractive places located at the heart of the city like Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque and Sir Muda Omar Ali Saifuddien Park. Foods also can be found easily at the city at affordable price in Brunei dollar/ringgit.

Not a usual place for travellers, but once you're there you're in awe of the natural beauty and beautiful architecture of the country. It is a good place to travel to for a short trip of up to 4 days.

A taste of the South East.
A taste of the South East. Great food from so many different Asian countries. Very helpful calm happy people. Calm pace, they cannot be hurried. Large spaces, Pop-up street events. Covid-cautious.
My best dinner out was in KIMCHI Restaurant because I wanted Korean food. I was not disappointed. Not easy to get around as no public transportation easily available.... except you call for DART.

Its very small so 3 days is enough time. there isnt much to do but a trip to the mangroves to see the monkeys and to the rainforest is nice and peaceful if you are into nature. There isnt much luxury shopping and it is quite expensive. Local cuisine is good similar to their neighboring countries. Do try ambuyat its quite odd but worth a try.

Not much to d other then visit museums and markets.
Not much to d other then visit museums and markets. We ventured out to Tomburong which is a boat ride away and there are a lot activities there like sky walking where you go up 1000 steps n can see the jungle below, kayaking and trekking.
We ate at the local markets where local food is sold, cheap and very clean and food very tasty. If you are into gardening , few nice garden centers to visit . The only way to get around is by Taxi, which can be daunting g at times .

I had to do my 15 days quarantine in this hotel as there wasn't many other hotels available during the dates I was quarantining. The only good thing about the hotel is the size of the room. The standard double was spacious so you'd have room enough for workouts. The fact that there are a lot of eateries downstairs means that you could get food from these eateries but it is not necessary that all of them will be willing to deliver to the hotel.
Very comfortable rooms and great location. 5 minute walk to mall/restaurants/mosque/museums etc. Two connecting rooms were great for family of 4. Staff was great, especially Naj who remembered our food/drink favorites. Breakfast buffet was great with so many options. Two restaurants open for dinner. There was also a free shuttle service to/from the hotel to the mall/waterfront area several times a day. Nice pool too.
I have now stayed at the Empire three times. It is an amazing hotel. The staff are so friendly and courteous. The location is outstanding, right on the coast and in very spacious grounds. There is a fantastic gym and spac facility. And the swimming pools are amazing. The food is outstanding. Breakfast is a choice of everything! And the restaurant is great with loads of choice. I will absolutely be staying again!
Modern but budget hotel and at a central location. Can easily walk to most of the city’s landmarks and attractions and lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
Room was setup well and big enough for me.
The hotel offered Free shuttle services from and to the airport and to some of the locations a bit further away from city center. Saved me from transportation costs and the hassle of looking for a taxi.
Uncle was a fabulous host! He was happy to chat about Brunei and point out things I should see and so while I was in town and we even laughed a lot! I was so happy also to be able to do a load of laundry. The MiniInn is a simple setup- a step or two cozier than minimalist. I appreciated being able to get hot and cold water, use the fridge and reheat my night market leftovers in the microwave!
Best thing about this was really the friendliness of the staff. I asked for an airport shuttle to and from the hotel and they arranged it pretty fast and for free! My flight was also delayed last minute and even though I arrived late, I found them still waiting for me, pretty nice customer service. There was always someone there willing to help.
The location of the hotel was walking distance to the mall and the kopitiam shop, easy access for an affordable & good breakfast. The staff were quick to response via WhatsApp and luckily there was free wifi as my local internet provider didn’t work internationally with brunei telecom, so was able to communicate home and others.
Good location, 15 minutes walk to the mosque, lots of shops and restaurants near. Their river cruise is excellent, we enjoyed it a lot our stay. Thanks. Brunei deserves your time and visit, plenty of things to see and quite lively and charming atmosphere and people. Friendly and open.
Radisson is one of the few good hotels in the country for tourists and business travellers. The location is excellent and convenient to all parts of the country, and the service and hospitality were great. I am a vegetarian, and I found a lot of options for me in the menu.
My room was clean and comfortable. The AC worked well. The Wi-Fi did too. The staff was very helpful. The YELO restaurant which is part of the hotel had good food and I enjoyed all my meals there. Hotel is close to most things in the downtown area.
Friendly & excellent customer service from staff member. Room is modern & clean. Bed is comfy. The proximity is convenience particularly for travellers transiting in Brunei arriving at odd hours as it is very difficult to find taxi in Brunei.
It's was excellent... Staff was helpful especially my sister using 🧑🦼..provided airport transfer n places tourists attraction.. location near by with city center n airport middle of everything..
Comfortable, affordable with extremely friendly staff. Location is a bit away from the centre, but it’s easy to catch the bus nearby and only a short ride in. Fantastic place to stay in Brunei!
A quick overnight stopover in Brunei. Being close to the airport and with a 2-floor shopping center below. It was very convenient for us. Staff were also accomodating.
helpful staff, cute property, quiet location, good breakfast at a local restaurant, ability to explore beaches and rural parts of Brunei tourists don’t visit
The hotel is in the middle of the airport, close to some cafes and restaurants, and you are one minute away from the place of the plane that will take you
