The staff were extremely helpful the shuttle bus a real bonus. We arrived with a small gap in our research in that there were 3 days public holidays and almost everything closed. The staff found many thigs for us to do in place of the major attractions being closed.

The hotel is REALLY old, but nothing that actually interfered in our experience, even though in a first glance it is a bit shocking when you see it. Location was great, really close to the Regalia Museum and in a 10-min walk to most of Bandar Seri Begawan's top attractions. Additionally, the room could really hold the temperature - it was scorching hot outside, but really nice inside, even with A/C off. Another huge plus was the restaurant, with fantastic and affordable food!
