Osoyoos and surrounding Vineyards are Gorgeous! The people of Osoyoos are friendly and welcoming. The town of Osoyoos is quiet and so very clean. BUT ... EVERYTHING closed at 8 - 8:30 ! I just love the people and the place in every way.
I just love the people and the place in every way. I find the locals very friendly. There isn't a big nightlife here and that's good for me - makes the place quiet at night. But there are lots of good places to eat, hiking and walking trails within an hour in every direction, tons of wineries to visit. I haven't even gone inside the museum and art gallery yet. I love the little walkway with its public washrooms, and even the dive-bombing starlings. Watching the sunrise, reading, thinking, just relaxing.CluckyCanada - 10Scored 10

Wonderful place to visit. Great walks and hikes. The town is fun to walk around. Be sure to visit the Home Hardware, a very eclectic store. Lots of pubs and wineries close by. We visited Phantom Creek and Burrowing Owl, a wonderful experience. We were there a little early for beach weather. We will return later in the year.AAnonymousCanada - 10Scored 10

all the facilities were available. Very convenient as crossing to USA was very close. This time, in second part of September the weather was just great at approx. 27 Celsius. Clean beach is a great asset.

The free breakfast selection was great. Our grandson loved watching the machine make his pancakes! He ate several with sprinkles. The pool was great for fun. The hot tub was perfect for a soothing relaxation - especially in December! We have tried 3 other hotels in Osoyoos. From now on, the Best Western Plus is our go-to hotel in Osoyoos.

It was a warm afternoon the day we arrived, so it was lovely to cool down in the swimming pool. We only stayed the one night. What we saw of Osoyoos was very pleasing. We would highly recommend the Dimond Seafood and Steakhouse. The baby rack of ribs and the New York steak are very nice.

I booked a room to stay with my dog and expected the pet-friendly room to be shabby as usual, but my room was great with the same renovations as the rest of the hotel. The owner allowed us to charge our electric car overnight with no cost and was overall very helpful.

They don't even have a microwave in the room. They barely supply enough kitchen supplies to cook a meal and the fridge leaked water and had a terrible smell the whole time. The a/c unit was also a big disappointment as it was not that good.
