Location is perfect in old town. Spacious breakfast room. Basic breakfast and nicely presented. Manager Mike fixed our TV to give us English channels which was appreciated. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Exceptionally good hotel with the best location you can ask for. On-site facilities were great with a restaurant and bar, and lounging area outside. Rooms beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and good noise insulation which is importing for a large and lively hotel. Parking on site is expensive but worth the convenience, with concierge service upon arrival. Location can't be beat. 2 minutes walk from the old city across one of the most beautiful bridges. Close to restaurants from all directions. Just lovely.

Breakfast and dinner were both great. The dining staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was good with plenty of room and a comfortable bed. While this hotel was out of the tourist area, public transport was good once you understand the system. It is only 10-15 mins from the old town of Bern.
