The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, are welcoming and courteous, making it a pleasant place to stay. The establishment is clean and beautiful. Our bedroom had all the necessary amenities, and the beds were comfortable. The food is great. The free breakfast and the room service, no complaints there. I would gladly return. If you need to stay in the area, or if you need to travel elsewhere, I recommend using Uber or a taxi. It is conveniently located.

I like the location as it is just walking distance from the plaza Bolivar, and just a couple of minutes rive to monseratte. The hotel is nice overall and it exceeded my expectation from a typical boutique hotel, common areas are very nice, there are spots where you can chill and get some computer work done during the day and it is very lively at night time. They also offered me and my friends a very nice welcome drink.
