location was pretty close to ideal. quiet residential street with 1 block walk to groceries. About a 20 minute walk to old city center. The door uses a combination lock so there were no keys for me to misplace or to be able to lock myself out. I had a rental car to get to and from work and there was a suitable place to park it. Amazon video access was included so I got to watch several movies in the evenings while there in the language of my choice.
