A very pleasant location directly adjacent to an old medieval village. The breakfast was excellent with hot food and an extensive buffet. We had booked dinner but missed this due to late arrival due to bad weather so cannot comment. The menu did however look inpressive with local produce.

I was walking the Chemin St Jacques (started a couple days before) and had hurt my leg. I stayed in the hotel for three nights to try to get better. The people there were extremely sympathetic and helpful. Very kind. My room was nice and warm and very quiet, so I got good rest. I am definitely going to try the walk again sometime and I will go back to this hotel.

We were bowled over by the warm welcome Saskia & Andrew gave us and left feeling we had met new friends. They pulled out all the stops to ensure our time in their B&B was perfect - no detail was overlooked and there really nothing more they could have done. The beds were very comfy and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The garden to the back is an oasis of delight and we enjoyed sitting looking out onto the countryside. Breakfast was tailored to our request and always sumptuous - delicious eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, pastries, jams one morning; fresh breads and meats and cheeses and luscious local melon another. Teas and coffees and homemade treats were always forthcoming. The hosts are very knowledgeable and passionate about the local area and really helped us with our explorations. Thank you so much!

Large well appointed room. Warm welcome from Marie-laure who was super helpful. It was a Monday & all the restaurants were shut, she explained the pizza place L'origen was good, it was great & much more than a pizza restaurant. Chef was a wood fired oven ninja.

The most comfortable gite, run by the kindest, loveliest couple. Michelle and Sandrine have gone to so much effort to make pilgrims feel at home in their home, so many special extra touches. You can tell they do it because they genuinely care, not just for a business. Bedroom and bathroom were a high standard and the meal was delicious.
I can’t recommend this gite enough and I would love to go back one day.

We were in the area for a wedding about 30 kms away so did not spend much time in Mouchan, however Condom, which is about 10 minutes away, is just beautiful, it has a lovely canal and port as well as a beautiful cathedral and fascinating windy streets.
Lectoure, which is around half an hour away is also stunning with an even bigger cathedral and gorgeous views.
