The cottage was simply perfect! It truly felt like staying at someone’s home, there was everything you’d need and more. We’ve never stayed at such a perfectly equipped holiday home! The house and it’s interior were so pretty, the surroundings were lovely, we were in awe of everything!

central location for exploring the North west highlands and hills for hillwalking.
Very quiet despite being close to the road. Lots of birdlife around the house to observe. Spacious and clean. Helpful hosts who were easy to contact when needed.
A beautiful hotel with fantastic scenic views. As you walk into the hotel, you are met with a grand entrance and a very warm welcome. The bedroom had plenty of character and a modern bathroom. Dinner was served in the small bar area where the service was great and again very friendly staff. The food was good and a good selection of wine but only 1 red and white served by the glass and the rest was bottle only however plenty of Gin and Whiskey options also available. Overall a great stay and the staff extremely welcoming and accommodating.
The location for our NC500 road trip was ideal , the Hotel was nice and peaceful, breakfast each day was very good with plenty of choice and the evening meals were very tasty, a special mention to Craig who was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay , he works tirelessly to make sure everything runs smoothly and also the lady who served the food of an evening , she was so pleasant and helpful and nothing was too much trouble, sorry I didn’t get her name
Good value clean single rooms with a comfortable bed, chest of drawers and washbasin. You have to provide your own sleeping bag which is fine. Small dining room with table and TV. Clean well equipped kitchen. One clean shared bathroom with decent shower.
Lots of car parking. Hotel next door with bar and restaurant (closed when I was there early March)
Great situation with easy car access to Torridon and Glen Carron peaks
This place is amazing. It was so beautiful and clean. It was exactly what you think of when you imagine a Scottish Hunting Lodge. It was one of the most memorable places we stayed at during our vacation. The food was wonderful and the staff was so friendly and attentive. We plan to stay there again when we return. Thank you for helping make this a wonderful vacation!
Bunkhouse was clean and great value for money, with all the amenities for a good self catering holiday.
The main hotel was only next door, so there was also the option to indulge in meals there or lounge at the bar.
The staff were another highlight, excellent and attentive throughout.
Very difficult to review this hotel. It is beautiful and very traditional but Brexit & Covid have clearly had an impact so its probably not as good as it should be. However the two staff (owners?) are extremely welcoming and working very hard to make up for the deficiencies.
Great location, we loved the stag and the chick in the garden. We had a lovely big room with a spa bath which was lovely. Great views from the room. We are in the hotel restaurant which was really yummy and the customer service was great.
We loved the country lodge feel of this hotel. The location was spectacular, the food perfect and the hospitality just perfect. We loved this hotel, and only wish it could be closer.
Really good price. Had free tea coffee. Great location for the mountains. Really clean. Liked being able to use the hotel bar next door too, conveniently close.
