Staff were very helpful and friendly, they even lent us a game of snakes and ladders to play with whilst we were down on the lawn area. The hotel has been refurbished since our last visit and was really nice.
Very expensive, the food and view is outstanding. Most of the staff were friendly and very helpful. Maybe a small fridge in the rooms especially the cabins would help keep cold drinks especially on hot days. All in all if you can afford there prices it will be worth it.

Hotel is currently being refurbished and the restaurant was closed. We were not made aware of this prior to arrival. We had to travel to Prestwick for our evening meal .As s result we were upgraded to self contained accommodation. This accommodation in the Byre was top class although it wasn’t completely ready for guests. No cutlery/crockery and TV not tuned in.But hot tub was up and running. Also the beds were very comfortable.Disappointed with having to leave hotel and to go looking for restaurants after travelling from N Ireland
Particularly loved the elegant interior of the hotel, exceptionally well fitted out.
Very pleasant, helpful staff with team spirit very evident.
Warm, relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel.
Delicious food freshly prepared and served by friendly, knowledgeable staff.
We arrived to find the maid had missed out getting our room ready for us arriving but the hotel upgraded our room and gave us complimentary drink at the bar while we wait for the problem to be resolved. Would definitely recommend enterkine house to my friends and family.
We travelled by car. The location is in the country but near to Prestwick Airport and the town of Ayr. One would certainly need a car. Hotel reception beautifully set out. Staff helpfully, food excellent, room very comfortable, shower great plenty of hot water.
main hotel looked recently refurbished and in very good condition. staff very attentive and polite. dinner and breakfast of a very high standard. reasonable value for money.
The hotel was
Lovely , staff were amazing , we were in a room in the farmhouses which didn’t suit and were immediately changed into the line lodge which was lovely
