The house was in a great location, sea views and easy access...

The house was in a great location, sea views and easy access to lots of things to do without being in the heart of the Lake District. Proximity to Cartmel a bonus - without being in the middle of it ! We ate at Heft- Sunday Service at lunchtime, the pub area was great and the food sublime! The Pheasant pub was within walking distance, nice atmosphere and well supported. Went to Yew Tree Barn Xmas Fayre, great to see all the local artisans there.
