Room no 3 was truly awful. Barely big enough for a double bed, two tiny windows, drab, dark, chilli and felt damp. There was one very hard wooden kitchen chair and a rickety clothes rail. The bathroom was tiny and the loo unusable as extra low to the floor and right up against a wall so that the lid would fall onto your back if you sat on the loo. We have never in many years of travels ever been presented with such an awful room. We wanted to stay as the location at Horning is very good but could not use this room. We asked for a better room but we were told that none were available. We did eventually get a full refund but could not find alternative accommodation and so had to drive the two and a half hours home in late afternoon traffic. This let down robbed us of a stay in Wroxham area and left us very, very disappointed.
