Breakfast was outstanding. A lot of choice and everything was fresh and delicious. The private beach came with very large comfortable loungers. The staff were very attentive as well. Our oceanview room with a large balcony overlooked the beach as well. One of the best hotels we've stayed at on vacation.

Excellent location, kind and caring owner. I extended my stay several times. 5 minutes walk from the excellent La Caravelle beach, close to super markets and corner shops. About 10 /15 mins walk to Saint Anne centre. Was travelling solo but felt very safe with families staying in adjacent bungalows. Beautiful gardens and bungalows light and airy with shutters and doors open.

Very cooperative and helpful staff always ready to help and make your stay enjoyable. Only drawback is the restaurant is only open limited times and with a limited menu. Food is good but not available in the evenings. Otherwise, an excellent place to stay.

Beaches and food were amazing.
Beaches and food were amazing. We loved eating at the food trucks by the beach. There is a great restaurant called May Savours that we went to 2 times, we loved it. Also it is a good base to visit many spots in Grande Terre.

s.anne is a small and sad city.
Many house are abandoned. Everything's ends at 8 PM ,ther are few and dirty restaurants and they are very expensive. Few hotels too and not in line with the standard of the European tourist.
Except club med.
you have to rent a house, do the shopping and cook on your own, even if finding the necessary is difficult and expensive.
fantastic and safe beaches.
Caravelle beach is not the best beach as we can read .,..
unreliable public transport, for example it is not possible to schedule a transfer to the airport.because it is not sure that bus will arrive at the bus stop.

It has everything you need for a short stay. Pharmacies, a small Carrefour, a lovely local market and a tourist office. We also found a great place that served galettes in the evening (please note that late open restaurants are very hard to find).

Sainte Anne is a small beach town with an attractive beach. There is a daily market, where everyone sells exactly the same stuff, so that gets boring quite quickly. Restaurants and bar offerings are limited.

A very popular town on a small Caribbean island, well worth the 8 hour flight.
You need to hire a car and parts of the island are hard to drive on but a short amount each day is good.
Lots of places to eat, traditional foods and cooking. Good standard but you need to look out the best. Value for money and service are all excellent.
Sun bathing and swimming, beach sports and walking are great.
The locations is outstanding. Breakfast was great for us each morning. It is a pretty good place to explore the island but the trip to Basse Terre attractions is pretty far (1.5 hours drive to most) Room was wonderful as we were in room 2 with an ocean front balcony. Internet is spotty but we just used the island service with our Iphone and that was fine. Overall a great hotel and I would stay there again for sure.
Beautiful hotel, on the hill with spectacular views. Our bungalow had its own little private pool and a very private huge garden on the hill. Waking up, we had the view of the sunrise and the ocean from above. The private beach below is small but really beautiful, with comfy beds all over and great food/snacks/drinks.
Being able to walk out of the hotel directly to St Anne beach and walking distance to some good local food. Included Breakfast was excellent, and we had 2 really good dinners here as well with some nice cocktails. I will do a thorough review of this place on TripAdvisor if you are interested once we return home :)
The place is perfect for vacation stay since its located just across the street from a beautiful beach. Moreover there are many shops and restaurants in a walking distance. The place itself is very spacious and bright. There are no facilities lacking and me and my daughters really enjoyed the stay.
It was a very comfortable apartment. We were four and we didnt face any problem. The location is very good, so close to the beach of Sainte-Anne.
The hosting people very kind and helpful to answer our questions (in French). We had no problem at all.
Thank you very much, dear hosts!
It's a beautiful setting with kind hosts who prepare wonderful food! We had dinner on the patio the 2nd to last night and it was one of the special moments of our trip. It's only a short drive to Sainte-Anne, Le Gosier, and several beaches (Petit Havre was our favorite).
Very charming and friendly host. The place is at a reasonable driving distance from Sainte Anne. (less than 10 min) . It's got a jungle feel, perfect for people who are looking for tranquility and being around nature . Very clean and confortable .
Location was unbelievable. Right on the ocean, walking distance from Ste Anne beach plus stores + restaurants. Steps from a gorgeous infinity pool in a gated development. Even if I win the lottery I’ll never get a setting like this again.
I stayed at Le Nil for 3 days, the hotel is next to the beach. We are able to hang out at the beach every day. Staff is excellent, kind, friendly and helpful. Next time visit Guadeloupe, I'll book Le Nil again.
Queen bed and silent area with walking distance to nice beach area and centre of Sainte-Anne. Enjoyable stay ! Also good place to explore further the area in Grand-Terre.
