The kitchen staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. A special shoutout to the young gentleman who visited our room (403) and graciously waived the charge for an order that wasn't up to par. Your dedication to excellence did not go unnoticed! A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Tino, the charming Indian Portuguese, who ensured everything was perfect from the moment we arrived, especially during breakfast. Your attentiveness truly made a difference.
