Joseph, the Manager, was very helpful, pleasant and professional. He is trying hard to bring the hotel up to standard. He arranged a car to take us to local sites. He addressed every issue we had, but sadly when he was not around some of the other staff let him down. They were uninterested, unhelpful and rude at times. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Bar staff were good.
The bedroom was comfortable.
We were the only guests in the hotel so I assume that this was why food was limited.

15 inch steep gap inside room, in between bed and floor area, floor to washroom entry.
My co tourists fell down twice, as couldn't make the steep distance. Horrible & worst experience.
We called Local Police Station over phone to help us.
Dinner was served in the room after 1 hr 45 mins. Order taken at 5pm, dinner was ready at 8:30pm, dinner was served in our room at 9:45pm.
