the owners were very friendly and helpful although they could not speak english, but with the help of a translation app we were able to understand each other. overall the place was pretty good and we would stay there again, if the situation arose

This is a fantastic place! The owners are kind and very professional, the place is quiet, tranquil, beautiful and just the place you need after a busy day sightseeing. The food is fantastic, home made and goes with fantastic Umbrian wine. The kindness and thoughtfulness of Roberto and Carla was way beyond my expectations.
