I not like this hotel. I request I want check in 11 clock but they don’t accept my request and I am waiting 3 hr outside hotel normally if people book the hotel they can wait inside lobby but there hava in basement waiting lounge but staff said go outside and wait we waiting on footpaths . That is not good

Absolutely beautiful and unique location. The villa has such charm and old-world grandeur. The staff is lovely and so helpful, the rooms are quite big and beautifully designed - and they are very clean. The bed was comfortable as well. Breakfast was good too, there were a lot of options, from savory to sweet. I ordered room service at night and it arrived right on time and was delicious. It was a great experience, it’s a shame I was only there for one night. I will have to stay lingering next time.
