Hieman aution vaikutelman tekevä huoneisto, jossa kuitenkin varusteltu tilava keittiö. Iso plussa että helteellä huoneisto pysyi viileämpänä kuin ulkolämpötila. Parveke ei oikein istuskelupaikka jäteastioineen jne. Pienellä uudistamisella huoneistosta saisi oikein kivankin.
