We were delighted to find our room so clean and well decorated. Antoinette had made towel swans and even a towel frog for our kids. She had filled the jacuzzi with rose petals in the shape of a heart and balloons. It was such a great welcome to a beautiful house with a beautiful host. She was always available to help and give advice. She walked with us and showed us all the shops, she even drove us to the beach and helped us with our laundry.

Host Anne Marie was fantastic, attentive to needs and always tried to sort any issues. Unfortunately I was unwell during my stay and she was very helpful.

We had a kitchen so we made most of our meals. That being said, groceries are not cheap in Jamaica!
Amazing seafood meal at Bashment bar and grill, a little shack on discovery bay beach!!! Don’t let the place fool you, it was the best seafood I have had near Runaway bay for a decent price.
Driving is not for the weak in Jamaica, it is a busy road often many delays and can take some time to get to where you are going.
But overall, such a beautiful country with the best people.

I liked the view, the general structure of the property. I didn't like how lazy some staff seemed, specifically the person to whom complaints are filed. Attitudes of some female staff needs work.

Check-in was horrendous, it took them 1-2 hours to get us to our room. Be prepared for a reception that is not ready for guests and were almost surprised we turned up despite paying for the entire stay in advance. Fortunately, I had printed a hard copy of the booking otherwise I'd be spending the night sleeping on the beach. Phone the hotel directly was futile as they never pick up the phone. Surprisingly this was the same from the actual room. Security is pretty hostile to paying guests and if you have a car prepare for no parking spaces if you even get let in. On Fridays there is a Sound System outside the hotel playing at 80-90 decibels and the hotel does nothing about it go luck trying to get some sleep. The hotel has an empty disco playing at around 70 decibels till 2am every night. By the way noise above 70 dB over a prolonged period of time may start to damage your hearing. Loud noise above 120 dB can cause immediate harm to your ears. Be prepared to supply your own beach towels. Room towel and bed sheets are not changed daily. The was built in 1958 and the room safe is from the late 80s. Food is acceptable but they seldom have the national dish of Ackee and Salt Fish and the bar runs out of Wray and Nephew white rum by noon daily.

The location was convenient for me and since I had planned on being away from the apartment for extended time, this type of facility was ideal over an all inclusive option. Was there for 17 nights but visited friends and relatives in two other parishes, so was actually there for just about a third of my stay. I found the staff to be courteous and accommodating. I felt safe at this facility. I would definitely recommend here to someone who is interested in this kind of accommodation.
We had an AMAZING stay at this villa! Our host Rohan was EXCEPTIONAL! He made sure everything was in order. We had a personal chef & he was the best. The food was well presented, even had to ask how he knew this was my favorite😅Mind you we only stayed here one night and we felt so welcomed! The price was too cheap comparing to the excellent service and quality stay we received. We will definitely be back. Thank you Rohan and our chef for making my birthday an amazing one!
The hotel itself is decent. The food was okay.
We got a complimentary Al a Carte dinner at the Italian restaurant which was veryyy good and they have parties every night at the Bahia Village which were very fun. The entertainment team is amazing!! They had various activities throughout the day that were actually pretty fun. The staff is exceptional! Very helpful and ensured we had a good time!
We had a few hiccups but ultimately we made sure we had fun.
We stayed here for a last minute overnight trip to Ocho Rios. We checked in very late but the process was simple enough. The place is clean and the suite is a good size. The property is quiet, not luxury, but it's cute. The property is beachside and we could hear the waves from our room. There's also a pool right by the sea. We unfortunately did not get to go to either but it's nice to have. Would definitely recommend for a quick stop.
The staff were SO friendly and helped to make my stay amazing! The room I had was very comfortable and stayed cool, and I didn't hear others around me. The arranged transfers from the airport to the hotel were really nice, given the distance (1 hr). it was good to not have to worry about that. The size of the resort was nice for me and it was a great jumping off point for hiring a guide to take me to see local wildlife.
The food was horrible, all inclusive is a RIPPED off we're getting our lawyer my wife slipped on nasty food on the floor they gave us a raw deal nasty food poor service spending money out of the resort or should I say consentration camp I want my money back booking you set us up for bad family everyone is going to her about this booking took us for granted in sending us to this nasty place SHAME ON BOOKIN.COM!!¡!!!
We loved it the environment was awesome, the rooftop view which we were told about upon arrival was not visited (we forgot) but Mr. Bailey reminded us just b4 we left well he asked if we saw it..we went immediately and man it was breathtaking the view, it overlooked the ocean plus the vegatation ( fruit trees) the colour contrast the decor the space man we r going back!
The rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautifully designed. It's a really chilled out location and the property is well taken care of. That pool is a perfect chill out spot. I'd only drag myself from the pool to walk to the beach. I loved the food, it was amazing. I loved that I was able to eat some tasty, authentic Jamaican meals. Really delicious.
the property was beautiful only theses few staff members were great
Holly , Aljay , Garfield , Daniel (security) Keshauna and Yhannae
I stayed on the Luxury and there was no luxury because I woke up to roaches in my bathroom
Worst Hotel I have ever stayed at the food was mostly disgusting 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
Breakfast was good, location was good,u just need to get to know the locations places , before u walk forever,,,it’s a huge place…u drink all the beer and wine ,,fun during day and night activities, a killer view , more like you’re in Disney land for adults
Location of stay is exactly as advertised, which leaves you with a sense of security and comfort. The environment allows for a quiet, peaceful stay. The facilities give you the vybz of a new contemporary open floor plan, and the decorations are to suit.
Snorkeling reef 20’ from shore. They have snorkel equipment. Clean place. Attentive. Beautiful gardens. Beach and pool. Safe to sit there even at midnight in gated community w/guard. Near Cardiff Hall/Flavours beach. Stove, fridge, balcony.
Nothing! It's a small hotel with little to no structure of a resort. Food is horrible!!! The facility is old and very poorly maintained. Tiles following off, dirty, pool was very dirty with a “milk type” water.
Clean, and beautiful resort. Pools and beaches are amazing. A la carte restaurants were very good. Especially Don Pablo, The Knife, and Mikado. Best facial ever, at the spa
The lemon roast chicken !!!!! Was great ... Big up tahjay and nastascia .... The pool was clean and nice ... Overall carfiff hotel and spa is just too awesome 😊
