This was one of the more comfortable beds we've slept in on our trip across Japan. The extra facilities like massage chairs, free little icecreams, free noodles were all nice extras.also we really appreciated the room's view.

Hotel was booked as a cheap overnight stay on route to another destination. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Language barrier was no problem even though we spoke no Japanese and they only had odd words of English. Breakfast was basic but acceptable.

Very good breakfast. The staff is very friendly. The clerk in the parking lot helped me secure my bicycle. Smooth check it. Spa seems nice, although I didn't use it. Laundry facilities are clean and a welcome extra. Nothing I have to complain about, really. The hotel is quite modern and in good condition. Well kept and clean. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks a lot.
Simplicity was the best word to describe the property. A bit old, but they seemed to take a good care of the facility. They deliver clean towels everyday even when I don’t take out the used ones from the previous day, which was nice. Home-made buffet breakfast was nice. The amount kinda varied depending on the timing, though.
- 5-10 min walk to kofu station, very close to bars
- staff were very friendly and helpful, they called me a taxi multiple times

- breakfast was simple but good
- stayed at the family room, the room was spacious and the bath was big!

It is the cheapest place in the area, so it's quite nice if you're on a budget. It's not far from Kofu station and most of the night life. There is a place to get coffee and water for free, as well as a microwave. They gave new towels outside your room every morning which was nice.
The size of the room is enough for a solo traveler.
The room is clean and basic needs for travel are complete (toiletries, blower, Electric water boiler).
Staff is accommodating.
Near the convenience store.
Walking distance from the train station.
The best thing about this hotel is the onsen
Its a great space, and also they provide guests with free snacks!
The breakfast was also excellent.
The room was a decent size and comfortable.
The location mostly. It's 5-7minute walk to the Kofu Station. Also, some small self businesses around the area, within walking distance. The lobby is well presented and well taken care of.
This hotel is far enough from JR Kofu Station that you won't have to deal with large crowds or traffic, but it's still close enough to reach by a reasonably short (15 minute) walk.
