The motel was spotlessly clean. We really appreciate that. Comfortable beds. The motel staff were friendly and professional. The motel was homely, and the road noise was minimal. It is situated very handy to a small supermarket plus the excellent Moeraki Boulders Pub/restaurant across the road. Easy to find locations and quick walking distance to outlets. The price was very reasonable too. Thank you for your hospitality. We appreciated it. We will definitely be back to stay one day. Thank you!!! :D & :D

We were travelling through Moeraki as part of a long road trip of the South Island, and this cute tiny stay appeared in the search. It's in a great location, has everything one would need, and best of all - there are two highland cows in a paddock right behind it. For some reason these became my favourite things on the NZ trip.

A very friendly, welcoming young lady greeted me on arrival. The room was lovely, large, and very clean. Comfortable bed. Loved the location - it was in a very tranquil setting. May not suit everyone as you need transport to drive to restaurants and shops. I stocked up in Oamaru before my stay. A very restful place to chill out. Take some reading material with you. TV reception?
