If you come only for shipwrecks diving, Coron is definitely the place - but I was not impressed by the coral reefs and biodiversity in general. Consider Raja Ampat as alternative destination if you are not obsessed with shipwrecks. Coron town itself is a little ugly and dirty town but there are plenty of very good restaurants (owned unfortunately mainly by Europenas/Australians) where the food and service is excellent and absolutely surprising. Unfortunately, those are also the places where you find all and "only" the tourists. Coron is an experience - not a lot of culture, not a lot of sightseeing, but it's a gateway to beautiful waters. The hopping-island tours are terrible! They try to fit 20-25 people per boat - try to organize your private boat, it is absolutely worth the money! We enjoyed the day and the service provided.

Lovely area. The town is super charming and chilled.
The Islands around are amazing and it worth a visit.
Unfortunately the tours they offered are all a bit Rushy, not enough time to chill and enjoy each of the stops.

You should be physically fit before you go to Coron because there is a lot of hiking and climbing, but it is all worth it. The biew is spectacular and the experience is great. Fro the hotel staff, to the boats man and tour guide that we had. Thank you Coron. When you go there try to space out your activities. Like one day destination trips the next day rest

If you love nature and diving - this is the place to be.
If you love nature and diving - this is the place to be. One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever dived at - truly breathtaking
It’s nice if you rent a bike but it is also safe and easy to walk. Best place to dive was Siete Pecados and the 7-Stop-Island Hopping tour. Food was okay, you can eat anywhere without suffering food poisoning. But go easy on the food on the boat tour, not sure if everything was fresh…

Beautiful island with much to explore and quite reasonable prices.
The place is not overcrowded and has even parts of the island where you can have the whole beach to yourself.
The day boat trip through lagoons , lakes and cave was the highlight .
As a recommendation i wouldn't take the 18hour ferry again from Manila , just fly, even if it seems more expensive, you will save time and be comfortable on the beach rather than a ferry boat

The tours of the surrounding islands and interesting areas...
The tours of the surrounding islands and interesting areas are great, good snorkelling, crystal clear water. The town itself is pretty average, restaurants are OK at best, while some are outright terrible. Nothing to do in the town so don't get sunburnt like we did on the first day out (own goal, that one)! A couple of days are plenty here, then go exploring elsewhere, or make sure you book a hotel with a pool so you can enjoy a couple of days lounging if that's your thing, as the beaches are tiny and you have to travel a ways to get there.
-the hotel has majestic view of coron islands. the best hotel view i have seen so far from all my travels.
-I feel like its more of a villa than a hotel which added more of local vibe
-the hotel attendants as well as on the job trainees are very nice and hospitable.
-food in the restaurant is great
-price for the stay is considered reasonable
-lots of people say its quite far from buzzling town but I dont feel like it since its just 10-15mins walk from the town and there are public tranpo that would cost a dollar to go to town.
The rom is clean but pretty basic in the usual Philippines way of accommodation. It had a great view and was double aspect. The bed is a good size, mattress is super firm, foam as in every bed I stayed in Palawan. The bathroom is tiny but works, the shower drains well which is a major plus. The team is all outstanding and helpful, always there for anything. It is very central, up a little hill, but that is the shape of Coron. Breakfast was not for me, I only took it once. Brilliant at organising trips and transport and sim card.
Great staff, great food, super great location! Our room and bathroom are clean, no foul smell or anything. We did not encounter any issues. It is also very easy to book a motorcycle and tours since the hotel also offered it at a fair price. They also even assisted us with booking a van from and back to the airport which makes it super convenient for us.
Overall, great value for money. I would totally recommend Harbour Bliss Hotel to all of my friends who are planning to visit Coron.
The place is amazing, so relax compared to the rest of Coron! We had a great time there, chilling in the pool or in the restaurant area/with the staff. The couple running this property are the most genuine people and are doing everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. The lady cooked great food. Very worth staying in for lunch or diner ! Also, you can hike the mountain right beside the property for about 20 minutes to see the best sunsets/sunrise of the island!
- the room was spotless. You can tell that the staff really takes the time to make sure the place is properly cleaned, not just surface cleaned
- the bed was comfortable (Asian style, with a firm mattress)
- if you don’t mind the 10 minute walk, the location is perfect. The hotel is located outside of the craziness that is Coron Town proper
- the wifi was pretty fast for SE Asia, enough to watch videos
- staff are all friendly and accommodating
I love my stay at Kalis View Point because of their friendly and accommodating staff plus the free flowing brewed coffee is exceptional as well. Kalis View Point is highly recommended, its a place like home where comfort and relaxation is present after a tiring island tours. The place is within Coron Town Proper it means, it is very accessible to nearby restaurants and party hubs. Thanks Kalis View Point. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩😍
We really enjoyed our stay here at the ridge! It is incredible value for money especially with breakfast included! This hotel has an incredible view out to other island that you can enjoy whilst having your breakfast/lunch/dinner. The staff were lovely and very helpful when it came to organising trips and even offer transport up and down the hill they are on. I would 100% recommend this hotel for your stay in Coron!!
The rooms don’t have a lot of storage or tables and chairs but it’s clean and confortable in general. In Coron, there is very frequent power outage during the days but if you are staying there as a solo traveler exploring the islands around it should be fine. There is an outdoor place with table and chairs that are confortable to eat, and it gets a draft so it’s agreable and not too hot during the day.
Beautiful hotel in the middle of the nature, all the staff are super nice/helpful & the location was perfect for us to avoid the crowds (10 min tricycle from Coron Proper Town). Nice pool, very good restaurant open all day and good breakfast.
PS : bring earplugs if you dont want to ear the roosters ! They are quite noisy very early morning but that’s part of the charm of being is the countryside 😆
Two Seasons Coron is a very nice hotel. The property is clean and if you are going to the island resort the location is excellent. I liked the rooms, I liked the lobby and the meal I had at the restaurant was good. The transport for the rest of my family - arranged by the hotel - from and to the airport went smoothly and as agreed. This hotel was one of the best parts of our holiday in Palawan.
Location is amazing !! Staff are exceptional. Food is divine. Rooms are very authentic. Boat ride into town is fabulous. And u can walk if you prefer. The front of house organise absolutely everything from airport transfers to boat tours / city tours. Nothing is too much trouble. Coron is a beautiful location and this hotel makes a relaxing stay magical
This was a very nice hotel and a good option for Coron, clean, comfortable with friendly staff that can arrange tours, transport and activities at a good price. The location was very centric, 5-minutes away from the departure point of most island hopping tours. A nice detail is that they had cold drinking water available all the time.
Room was clean and hotel was very kind in allowing us an early check in after a full night of travels to Coron. Location is close to restaurants (2 mins walk) and pier (7 mins walk) where the island hopping tours depart from. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
1) Being in an island offering an ultimate “paradise” tropical setting with clear water and powdery/sandy beaches and a great sunrise and sunset.
2) Medical care 24/7 RTC offered to guests who unfortunately got ill is of paramount benefit/importance.
The room is comfortable and tidy. The place is walking distance from coron town proper, which helps to easily navigate around nearby restaurants and café. Staff were accommodating and always ready to assist when needed.
Coron is just a small island, the hotel is located within the residential area however locals are very nice, its safe to go out even at night. It is within the city, walking distance to nearby restaurants.
A beautiful hotel just outside Coron town. Two swimming pools, great breakfast buffet, helpful staff, such nice rooms, amazing water pressure in the shower. The sunset view from the bar was great!
The snorkeling was excellent. Beautiful coral gardens just off the beach from your nipa hut. Pass Island tour was also very nice and included snorkeling a gunboat wreck from World War II.
Unable to comment as we were transfered to a different hotel. When initially arrived at hotel Coron Westown, I was pleased it looked as I expected, but we were unable to stay.
one of the great location with really awesome view surrounded by cashew trees. staff is very helpful. hotel has free shuttle to Coron proper town and back
