Food (bento box of your choosing) delivered at 7am daily - A+
Location - very conveniently located for work and shop runs; there's a nearby 24/7 shop that sells daily necessities.
Accommodation - very clean rooms, cosy bed, friendly staff and an excellent and caring owner, Stephanie. You just feel assured that you are in great and capable hands. There is a homely vibe and a warm sense of comfort.
King's Palace - amazing food by Mr. Lim and his team!!! And it's just downstairs (same lot that provides the daily bento boxes)
Located in the heart of Koror, only 500 metres from local restaurants, bars and cafés, West Plaza Downtown features rooms with cable TV and an en suite bathroom.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is central and within the city centre. The entrance is not appealing and not the ambiance of a hotel. The room was a good size but somewhat dated. The reception arranged a snorkelling trip with Impac Tours to Rock Islands, including Jellyfish Lake, Shark city, Natural Arch and Milkyway which was fantastic. Large shopping centre, restaurants and cafés within walking distance. Good gift shop with traditional storyboards at Belau Museum. The West Plaza group has another hotel across the road at Lebuu Street which seems much newer.
Featuring free WiFi and air conditioning, Shell Villa apartel resort is situated on the island of Koror. Free private parking is available on site.

I loved staying in Koror, the people are very friendly and the nature is superb. It is however very expensive and it is not easy to find places where you can hit the water to swim or kayak - without going on a tour or staying on a expensive hotel.

It's a good place with lots of lovely areas to visit. Great for diving, snorkeling and kayaking. Although there are lots of dive sites it is hard to find dive shops that will take you to wrecks. Most of them go to the most famous dive sites every day (Blue hole, German channel etc) Some good restaurants too such as The Cove, The Drop Off, Fisherman's Grill and Elilai.

A gorgeous island where the people are welcoming.
A gorgeous island where the people are welcoming. I wish I had seen more of it. We were on a dive trip. We had a incredible time but we were so tired at the end of each day our last day we decided to rest and stay at the hotel, The Cove, witch was beautiful and relaxing.

If you are looking for a snorkelling paradise the Palau is the place. I’ve been to a number of South Pacific Islands and this is certainly one of the best. Its extremely safe and has a laid-back Island feel.
The snorkelling is first class and the jelly fish trip is a must. We went on our tours with Fish and Fins Diving, they exceeded our expectations, very professional and great to deal with
Spacious room. Location very good. Various range of Restaurants and supermarkets all withinin 10 min walk. Friendly staff whilst still self catering yet hotel services too
Provided ideal home facilities access whilst still enjoying hotel services -pot pan, hob mini oven grill, microwave, fridge, kettle iron etc. Seasoning, oil, cleaning material.
Also gave free late check out, which was very kind as flight was in the evening. Very organised and communication was very efficient.
Choosing this hotel was the best thing we could have done! The best staff I have ever had the pleasure to meet, we were helped in every aspect. great swimming pool, for me the location is great, quiet, a bit from the center of Koror! I recommend it to anyone going to Palau!
When I come back, I will only go there!
Stayed here for our first night. The breakfast was an amazing bento box from the Korean restaurant downstairs. The owner is also a very interesting person who gave many useful tips! All hotels in Palau are overpriced, and this one provides very good value for money.
really a beautiful place!! away from the uninteresting town, but with easy shuttle services. magnificent views! very kind, friendly and helpful staff. if you want a nice hideaway in Palau, go here. (if you want a big facility and a swimming pool etc, go elsewhere.)
This is very comfortable accommodation, with kitchenette, lounge, big bathroom, effective aircon. Very clean. Breakfast is served to your bungalow! But the best is hotel's crew. Super helpful, they can recommend and book your trips.
Overall experience is ok. Front desk staff isn’t too friendly nor helpful. Only one restaurant is opened but the food is quite decent. Room’s quite old, not great for the value, but it’s prob the best hotel in town.
Breakfast was very good, especially eggs to order. Just a great place to stay in Palau. 5-star experience at 3-star prices. Palau's new taxes are outrageous and I am concerned they will drive down tourism
Nice hotel, clean, spacious and bright rooms, nice surroundings with a pond with exotic fish, small but nice beach, good breakfast, beach bar, close to the famous Drop off restaurant, nice staff
The staff at the hotel do a great job. From the reception to the housekeeping. I was very satisfied with my stay. Also a bit of nice art here and there helps to make it a nice place.
Nice property recently reopened post-Covid. Very helpful staff found a snorkeling tour for me. Free shuttle will meet your flight and bring you baxj to the airport.
Hunter and his son Richard did the best out of my trip in Palau, couldn‘t ask for a better stay and host in Palau! I will miss the place and both of them a lot!
The property is a longstanding family hotel on the main road and managed by Japanese speakers. There is an ample kitchen and washers and dryers for $2 each.
Hotel Had a great view and my room had a balcony. Had a short but excellent stay at Ocean Hotel. It was nice to be able to sit out and enjoy the morning.
