Pranburi is a quiet beach town.
Pranburi is a quiet beach town. It has one part which is slightly busier along the Dolphin Bay Hotel area, with more restaurant options, shops and a nicer beach, but not overwhelming. The other part is quieter and still developing but has some very nice resorts. It is impossible not relax. Lots of beach space for kids to play.

Pran Buri, is the town.
Pran Buri, is the town. The beach front area is known as 'Pak Nam Pran'. Quieter and more relaxed than Hua-Hin and Cha-Am, it's both a bit further from Bangkok and slightly better value. There are not the same range of restaurants, bars or other tourists facilities as the previously mentioned resort areas, but there is good food to be had, and some decent resorts.

We booked for 3 days to be near Kuri Buri national park to go on elephant safari which was amazing! Not sure I would want to holiday there for long period. The locals need to clean up the beach from rubbish, as it could be really beautiful.

The staff was also very nice to us. The rooms are very spacious, extremely clean and quiet; sleeping here at night was a real pleasure. The location is perfect, in a few minutes you reach the beach and all the main attractions are close. I think this resort nestled in the palm grove is an authentic hidden gem of the highest quality. Thanks again and see you soon again !!!

The pool is small but big enough and a small part of it is shaded which is nice. It is right across the street from the beach and there is a nice sidewalk that head south 2 miles and at night the street vendors and locals flock to the beach to eat and hang out. We were served butterfly pea tea during check-in. Staff proficient in English so it was very easy to communicate. Room was clean, spacious, view was amazing. They have free yoga classes on Saturday mornings as well, and they provide yoga attire, mats, slippers and a beach bag in the wardrobe. Many dogs on the property also but they’re friendly and don’t cause any problems. They play on the beach so it’s nice to watch.

There is no beach in front of the B&B. the closest beach is easy to reach some 3 km down the road. The host arranged a motor bike for 2 days.
