Hotel staff were very nice and professional, and are multilingual aswell, was allowed to check in two hours earlier, they also gave me a gift on departure, unfortunately I did not have space for it in my luggage. But it was a nice gesture. Would I come back some other time? Absolutely.

by coincidence we travelled during Ramadan and booked room with half board. The iftar meal was the highlight of our visit to Tunisia. Excellent excellent choice of items on buffet, very friendly staff in the dining hall and the cook had the biggest smile in all of Tunisia, lovely reception staff (well versed in english, arabic and french). Mariott was brilliant overall

I was in Tunis to visit family who were staying in Laq. Novotel was very central and in a nice and clean district. Tunis Mall was close by and it was a good base for sightseeing trips. The hotel WiFi is good. The food and restaurant are good.
