Beach was great! Hotel rooms are small! They need microwaves in room, sink in coffee area, only one sink in bathrooms. One chair on balcony when most have 2. Staff was friendly! Check out receipts don’t make sence! Over priced for small and should have complimentary breakfast!

Overall, it was good. They accidentally charged my card twice for the $100 deposit, but that was taken care of right away. I checked in my room and the air was not working so they sent someone to fix it and they thought they fixed it, but when i came back to my room later that night the air was not working again, so they ended up putting me in a different room two doors down.

The bathroom was dirty. There was mold under the vanity and inside the shower under the soap shelf. The bath tub had black marks on the side.
The hot breakfast was the only good thing about our stay.

I was here to embark a cruise.
I was here to embark a cruise. I had one full day free between arrival and departing. I had visited Everglades previously and am not a big fan of beaches, so i found a limited number of things to do. I took a water taxi -spent about 3 hours on it - and enjoyed walking in Los Olas.

Everything was really nice, they could offer a complimentary breakfast like other hotels, not just coffee. And when working in job like motel work staff should be able to understand the customer. I ask a housekeeper a question, she told me she doesn't speak English.Nothing against it we have all races in the US, some English should be understood.

Lauderdale by the Sea is great for all ages, kids can enjoy the pool or ocean. beach chairs & towels seem to be available at a lot of motels, this is a great convenience to visitors. Umbertos has great pizza, we didn't eat out all the time, as it was great to pick up a few groceries at Publix or Walmart and have sandwiches/hot chicken for meals throughout our stay. Minimally a bar fridge and microwave, and coffee maker are a great asset in a room when you're there for a 7 to 10+ day stay.

This was a great little spot for what we wanted from our trip, right on the beach, not too busy and nearby places to eat. We didn’t want to be too nearby the loud bars and restaurants but still only a 5-10 min Uber if you did want to get to this area. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful and particularly loved all the staff at the sand bar grill restaurant where we had most of our breakfasts and lunches. The view from our room of the sea was just beautiful, and a little balcony to make it even more enjoyable!
We had an ocean view suite. To get to the beach we had to go down one elevator, walk across a skywalk and the down another elevator, then walk a long path to a beach that was half fenced off for loud construction. The staff was rude, we were in Florida for a long stay with 3 hotels. We checked out early after one night and moved on. I liked nothing about the property. The pool was also a nightmare. Wall to wall screaming pool 1/10th the size needed for this size resort and milky colored water.
Charming South Florida style hotel with great location close to the beach.Stylish and spacious rooms (we were 2 adults snd two children)
Front staff very friendly and always happy to help!
Valet staff also very service minded and understood that the valet parking was a bit pricey for us (46$ per day) and suggested a few parking spots across the road were we could park for free.
Lovely little play area for children with pingpong table and some others games.
The Front Desk attendant was very nice, informative and was able to upgrade us to pool view. The hotel is housed in 3 buildings, 2 on the beach and one across a small street. Rooms were comfortable, clean and large, The hotel has 2 restaurants, a bar and a coffee/ snack shop. The hotel is located 4 blocks from the downtown area with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Parking is on-site for a fee, but it was great to go out and not take the car.
The apartment is situated within a small house in a fantastic neighbourhood. Walking around the streets and admiring houses and gardens is something that I would recommend. You need to drive for going to the beaches or to the river/marina. The host was very helpful with advices about the best locations to visit in a short stay in Fort Lauderdale. The kitchen had everything we need. Good thing also the parking spaces on the driveway.
The hotel is beautifully located, right on the beach in an area where turtles nest, between a state park and a historical mansion so the area inland of the beach is much more pristine than in other sections of the coastline. The hotel itself is modern, quiet, and clean, the pool was small but well maintained, the staff was very efficient, pleasant, and helpful, and there’s free yoga on the beach Saturday and Sunday morning!
Location is right across the street from Fort Lauderdale Beach, but you have to walk across a busy street to get there. It was close to several restaurants, shops, and a 7-11. It was a $18-20 Lyft ride to Las Olas and the Downtown area where there are lots of fabulous restaurants, bars, and shops. Unfortunately, there is not a grocery store near the hotel and food options are expensive.
Hosts were very friendly and always ready to assist us with any requests. Hotel is well-located, a very short walk to the beach and close to convenience stores. Rooms were super clean and beds were really comfortable. The option to borrow beach chairs added a nice touch to our stay. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fort Lauderdale.
Hotel room and facilities were very good following previous mistake made when staying in Fort Lauderdale.
The shuttle service both from the airport and to the cruise terminal organised by the Holiday Inn was very good, from the airport it was complimentary and the price to the cruise terminal was fair.
They have a nice courtyard area with a small pool and hot tub. Plus loungers and a bbq. Walking distance to shops and the beach.
Rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was newly renovated.
Cost us 11-12$ Uber ride to the airport.
Close to the beach. Staff was super helpful. Close to food and close to the middle of everything but quiet when we went to sleep. It is a cute little boutique hotel with character. It was also close to where the cruise ships leave Fort Lauderdale.
The lady is the office was fantastic. She let us check in 2 hrs early when we arrived from the airport. She also did our laundry for us...wonderful.
We loved the close proximity to the beach but far enough away from the busy area. It was very quiet.
Location was fantastic. Central to restaurants and a block and a half to the beautiful beach. Also, 20 minutes to Fort Lauderdale airport. It was nice to get an upgrade to a room w a kitchen, which was very spacious.
Really loved this hotel. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The hotel is well maintained with two pools and is close to everything along the beach front in Fort Lauderdale. Can't wait to return!
Walking distance to the beach. Very close to my favorite spot - Fort Lauderdale. Room was very clean! We will definitely come back! And we could see sunshine from the balcony!! Amazing hotel! 🌅🌅🌅
Good breakfast…multiple options.
Great location to the Cruise Port with free shuttle from Fort Lauderdale airport to hotel.
