Kennewick is usually a great stop of ours.
Kennewick is usually a great stop of ours. Plenty to do such as wine tasting, walk along the river, boat races and Farmer Markets. Red Lion is not a place I would recommend but there are many other places to stay in central Kennewick. Lots of restaurants within walking distance of several hotels. It was easy to get around very central to shopping with a mall a block away. Costco and sports arena was within a few of miles.

I was not informed I would be charged $50 , and if the room checked out I would be reimbursed! Was not told this and I do not like that I am being charged an extra $50, until all was cleared! They should ck out room same day, as I didn’t appreciate that in the least! But, other than key card hard to access room, it was a very nice stay!

The Tri-cities area has really grown over the last 5 years.
The Tri-cities area has really grown over the last 5 years. Now there are lots of restaurants, golf courses, hotels in all price ranges. Summer weather here is hot with lots of things to do on the water. Winters are milder for the most part. Golf often available later into the year.

We arrived earlier than anticipated and were greeted and accommodated quickly and efficiently. The room was clean and quiet and had a pleasant view. It was on the 4th floor but there was an elevator and we were able to use a trolley to shuttle our belongings to the room and out when we left. Breakfast was good and since we prefer to avoid people (Covid concerns) we took our meal to our room and ate it. The front desk accommodated our need to freeze our ice packs as the fridge didn't have a freezer. The bed was comfortable. All in all we would stay here without question again and recommend this hotel to others unreservedly. Thank you!

It's a very place, room size very open and clean room.
It's a very place, room size very open and clean room.
Truly loved the location - nearby shopping malls, with food.
I was however charged extra for my pet, after the fact.
When I booked the room, the website only shows - pet friendly.
The pool is very small, the website picture makes it look like it's big.
All in all, I felt very comfortable there, and my family was happy - even the little fury one.
Breakfast was not what we expected, we were hoping the variety would be offered. Please keep in mind, lots of people do not eat pork, please consider Turkey bacon or Turkey sausage as well. The milk in the fridge was frozen as well, coffee flavored creamers are a must. Please understand basic is just that, Red Lion is a higher standard hotel please let everything about the Red Lion be high standard. Let your customers be empressed until the end. Breakfast is the end of our hotel stay.
The room was on the river side, so we appreciated the view. Since the hotel restaurant was closed we went down the street and enjoyed a delicious meal and then thoroughly enjoyed the free breakfast buffet at the hotel the next morning. The bed was comfy. The shower was warm. The staff was friendly and the price was very reasonable. We will definitely visit again. I gave the facilities a 4 because some things till need to be renovated, but overall this place deserves fives.
We book the hotel to attend an event in town. Location was about 5 mins away. Hotel is located in a new developing area, but close to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast exceeded our expectations of a continental breakfast….there were omelets, waffle station, cereal, several juices, coffee, tea, toast, bagels, hard boiled eggs
And fresh fruit
Grounds & landscaping is nicely done, ample parking around hotel.
We booked a last minute deal that included 2 queens in a suite. Very spacious, clean and excellent value. Good variety of hot and cold items for breakfast. They also had a large parking area which accommodated our truck and 5th wheel easily. The room was quiet as the hotel is away from the freeway.
I travelled to Kennewick for the Hydro Races. I was looking for a reasonably priced place where I could just crash after a full day at the races. The room was clean and fresh and the AC was amazing. Staff was very professional and responsive. I will be back next year.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and on top of it! I really appreciated the quiet, yet friendly security guard that patrolled both parking lot and inside the hotel periodically throughout the night.
The hotel was a great location for our purpose of our trip.
When we arrived to our room, we were hit with a very strong wet dog smell. When I told the desk attendant, she immediately offered us a new room, which we took.
Nice hotel. We would stay again.

We were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the front desk staff. The accommodations were very clean and quiet. Relative to the many other hotel/motels we stayed at during our trip this was the very best.
This was our first stay at a Comfort Inn and Suites. They have become our hotel of choice. Great rooms, comfortable beds, good work out facilities. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Loved that the hotel had been upgraded. It was lovely. Breakfast was good and staff helpful in getting me hot water for tea. The water in the carafe was not hot enough. For me that is.
The hotel is very well-maintained and super clean. There was a bag with water, chips and cookies waiting in the room, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was good too.
Location, location, location. Check-in was easy. Room was in a good location in the hotel for those puppy walks late & early. Bed was confortable and room was clean.
Quiet rooms and a quiet area in Kennewick. The rooms were very nice and clean and I would stay again. Very close to all shopping and eating within 2 minutes.
The hotel room it's self was found upkept, and we'll stocked. The beds were soft, along with the pillows. The bathrooms, were nice upkept and clean also.
