The staff was very friendly and helpful! They text you about your stay and ask if there is anything they could make it better. Rebecca the evening manager was exceptional with every question or request. They breakfast was ok. The typical hotel breakfast. Only downfall was the mattress was extremely hard for a couple middle aged bodies.🙄😉 The floor in the bathroom needed some attention too. The shower curtain was too short for the shower. When I cleaned up the water that spilled out the bath towel turned black from the floor.😕 So housekeeping could do a better job. We travel down to see drag racing so we dont spend alot of time in our room. Compared to other hotels in the area this one is comfortable and service is excellent. 👍😁

Coffee was fantastic. The 3 children loved the hot chocolate available. Breakfast was good. At other Hampton Inn & Suites they offer strawberries in syrup for waffles that we like. Glad to see mini choc chips available this year. My special requests were satisfactory met. Personnel were very pleasant and helpful. Smoking area was clean and comfortable.
