Do not forget to bring enough books which you can read while chilling in the hammocks. His family served us delicious meal, which is important since there is no other option around. Great location far from the village of La Pa Tan (that is not very interesting) and easy access to trails you can find on AllTrails. Beautiful view from the kitchen area where we ate dinner and from a common area where you can enjoy a drink watching a beautiful sunset. The couple who runs the home stay are lovely and helpful, they came to pick us up on their bikes with all our bags (interesting ride!) and dropped us off; it would have been an expensive taxi ride; and helped us with the bus - the information on Vexere or 12Go Asia is all wrong trust the locals! And they indulged us with some daily happy water, nice! There was hot water. You have two options for dinner a smaller one at 200k or bigger one at 300k; we went for long hikes every day so enjoyed the large dinner which was indeed big and filling. First day we were brought eggs for breakfast and the next two days we had a choice and had the soup, noodles which we thought better deal (bigger) and a couple of oranges.
