Di was not able to be around for the days we were staying however she left many instructions for us. It is a beautiful underground home, tastefully decorated with high quality towels etc. Everything we needed had been thought about! Very warm and quiet inside too. We found some breakfast porridge sachets there which were very much appreciated.

Didn't like a thing! It was the worst place we stayed in our 3 week holiday. We stayed at another place in Coober Pedy on our way North, same price point, entirely different experience. Cannot recommend this place in any way!! There are much better places (at the same price) to stay in Coober Pedy. Do not stay here! It was cold, dirty, delapitated and owner could not be contacted. It was absolutely pot luck (& a kind neighbour) who knew where they left the key and was able to let us in.

We also met Pete the new owner and just cannot rate the staff and their knowledge enough! Our underground family room was clean and cosy beds were comfy and located super close to everything in the small town. It is a little old and tired but that was part of the charm was absolutely perfect and secure. Thanks Pete can’t wait to see what you do with this place!AmbaFamily with young children
