Everything was perfect. Pictures are real. It is the same house as on pictures. Also we appreciated welcome fruits and coffee capsules. We had a great time there and hope to return someday. P.S. the cat who lives in the inner yard is adorable. 😍

This was one of the best surprises we had in Bulgaria. Although my booking was extremely short notice (1h) the host was prompt and very nice to accept us and had everything ready by the time we were there. This is an oldschool summer country house with a great vibe. The garden is beautiful and welcoming. There is plenty of space inside and you have two rooms and a bathroom, more than I needed actually and for such a small price. The beds were changed and clean, so was the bathroom. We had everything we needed and I even cooked without a problem. Great surprise indeed! Thank you! Also the location is rather awesome. There’s this one road that takes you all the way to Kavarna golf and that’s where the little house is. All you do is drive down the road. It was also incredibly easy to find.

Perfect location and great view to the sea. Ideal for families with kids. Super nice owner and the fact that we were able to take with us a dog was great.

We were two families: four adults and two children. For us the villa was more then roomy. The view is enchanting. The pool, the house are superlative. For those who want privacy and rest, this is the perfect place. Everything is much more beautiful than in the pictures. Three large bedrooms and a smaller one, kitchen equipped with everything you need. Jacuzzi, the swimming pool are clean. Very good restaurants in the area. Small and intimate beaches. The area is not overpopulated, which is a plus for those who want peace. We would come back to this place anytime. Wonderful! Boris responded promptly to our requests, very present and kind. We thank him!

Excellent house, remote and quiet. Good access to the village and restaurants, also the beach (Bolata) is not far away, but you need a car to reach it. We had good time here!

The hosts are very nice. Especially the lady is very helpful and speaks fluently 4 languages. It was a pleasure talking with her. The garden is beautiful, exactly as in pictures and the interior design it's made with good taste, with many traditional elements. The location is great and a good starting point for discovering the surroundings

The house is in a small village, in a very quiet area. Really one can hear the nature and enjoy the night sky. Even if the house is in the same garden as the owner's house, we were never disturbed, it felt as if we were alone. The terrace in front of the house is very nice to enjoy a coffee, summer breeze was aided by the big tree in the middle, keeping all in the shadows. The room accommodating 4 persons had very good mattresses, we slept very well. The kitchen design was rural and gave a nice touch to the place with all design accessories. Fully equipped kitchen, including even some food related items (oil, coffee, sugar, spices, vinegar etc.) Big tables able to accomodate 8-10 people. The house has 3 parking spaces (in a row). The house was close to major attractions, such as Cape Kaliakra, Balchik, Rusalka beach etc.
