The room was very cozy, bed was comfortable and it had a kitchenette with some drinks and snacks provided. Outdoor property is gorgeous and would love to come back and enjoy it in warmer weather. Breakfast was delicious and included fresh fruit salad, frittata, hearty bread, homemade salsa, homemade jam and delicious bottomless cup coffee. Hosts, Eleanora and Dave, were very welcoming. We can definitely recommend this B&B.

There was a trail close to the property so we could walk our dog. The facilities were ideal to eat the meals we wanted at the cottage. We were close to all of the delivery options and could warm up left overs in the microwave. We were close to St Jacobs and many fun Conservation Areas. We highly recommend the Cozy Cottage for those who want to tour local Kitchener and Waterloo sights.DianeYoung couple
