The owner was very kind and tried to please us in every way....the hot tub had a leak and I told him not to worry about it but he tried to keep it full of water anyways. He was waiting for the service man to come to repair it.

The facilities: kitchen, washing machine, tumbler, iron and ironing board made the stay very practical. The bed was comfortable. The window could be opened and had an insect screen. The hotel is in desperate need of repairs and Travelodge should consider stripping their name and association with the building until its renovated. Everyday I had to return to the front desk because my key card wasn't programmed. I was trying to make my stay in London less expensive and that was a mistake. The room is not worth the discounted rate.
