Very nice, almost brand new accommodation with outstanding service. Very easy to find the place, flawless check in process, free and convenient parking in front of the hotel. Clean room and facilities, very good breakfast, excellent a la carte restaurant offer with chef that knows how to please and surprise customers. Room was cleaned every morning, we got complementary bottles of water. Personnel is outstanding, knowing their job and how to treat properly customer. They also have a special skill to upsell without being annoying (during dinner at restaurant). Very good house whit wine, a must try. Also to mention that rooms have an AC, and you can only dream about it for this price in this area...our friends stayed in another hotel in the same price-range and they ended buying a fan in Coop next morning. If you are visiting Tenero-Contra area, this is a place to stay.

A lovely place to stay: the apartment looks brand new and is spotless. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, there's a Nespresso-style coffee machine (with coffee too :)). There are some useful tourist brochures in the living room, as well as board games (a big plus for families). The area is peaceful and quiet, the hosts are very nice and welcoming people. However, best of all is the garden. Beautiful greenery and anything that grows there is up for grabs for guests (we were there in raspberry season and loved picking the sweet and ripe raspberries). If you're lucky, the hens might even produce fresh eggs for you (they were being lazy during our stay). And, to save the best for last, there's the incredible view: towering mountains all around with Lago Maggiore in the background.
