We had an absolutely brilliant stay at Villa Solea, spending 5 nights and having one of the best experiences among hotels with a beautiful atmosphere. Firstly, the pictures don't fully capture the impression; it's much more spectacular in fact. The property is newly renovated with quality materials and good design taste. Fully private and well-equipped villas include clean towels, robes, bathroom kits, AC, and more. Our villa featured a huge bedroom, a beautiful terrace, a bathroom, and a view of the garden and pool. We could hear the ocean and enjoy the pool, as the villa is directly on the beach, allowing for a 2-minute walk to a white sandy beach. Despite the ocean's large waves, it wasn't a concern for us. The hotel's atmosphere was pure joy – quiet, cozy, and luxurious. We felt at home with the personal touch from our host, Alicia, who is an amazing person always ready to help. The entire staff was extremely kind and friendly, even though we couldn't speak Spanish; we could feel their care for us. The food is simply delicious, and we later had the pleasure of personally meeting the chef and expressing our gratitude.

This cabana in Taganga is really amazing. We had 6 nights here and enjoyed all of them. Taganga itself can be a bit hectic, therefore staying at Bareke Azul on the hillside was just wonderful - only 5 min from centre of Taganga but far enough to get some peace, quiet and wonderful views. Also, one of the owners Ramon is just a really great and friendly host. All in all, we had an amazing stay at Bareke Azul. It’s not a luxury hotel, but considering the price, it’s perfect.

Stunning property in the middle of the jungle, everything is well kept and all the details taken care of, the staff is kind and super helpful always looking for you to have the best possible experience, the room was clean, organised and better than the pictures. Food and drinks where also amazing and lot’s of plans to do. Unfortunately we book a very short time for such paradise. Excellent value for money

The most incredible location surrounded by nature (featuring monkeys and colibrís!!). The kindest hosts who will go out of their way to solve any problems you have. Thoughtful and generous. The cabins are super nice too. Don't worry about the walk to the place, it's part of the experience (and you can always grab a lift if you've got big bags etc). 10/10.

There are a couple of small shops and a trail just continuing down the road so we could explore the river. We stayed in the cabin and it was clean and comfortable. The area around was shady and cool.
