We had a great stay. The location is very good (beach, city center, train station, all in walking distance), and the house was very nice, clean, well equipped and decorated. The contact with the landlord and the concierge was very friendly and efficient. Can definitely recommend this house for a family holiday!

Very clean. Very well equipped kitchen. Very well located; outside the core center but a couple of minutes on foot. Quick reaction from the owner/care taker; very cooperative. Two sets of keys. Nice terrace. Three mountain bikes available. The one I used in very good state; the others I did not try. Wireless working good. Compared to other places, a very reasonable price. The whole Arcachon area is great. If I ever go back to Arcachon, I would definitely repeat staying here.

We loved this villa. It's so charming inside. The manager is very responsive. We appreciated being able to walk everywhere, and drive to the Dunes de Pilat. Parking spot next to the house was perfect. The beds were all very comfortable too.
