It was quiet and peaceful, nestled into the traditional town of Emporio. The location is very close to Perissa beach, about a 40 mins drive from Oia and Ammoudi Bay. The linens, bed and pillows were very comfortable and of good quality, we slept very well. The pool was lovely and felt private, we didn’t see any other guests during our stay. We had a parking spot in the car port which was helpful. Alexandra was very responsive to our questions, helped us with finding a taxi between our car rental and the port, and treated us to a yummy home made ice cream from her shop Vienna Cremeria down at Perissa Beach. We had plenty of hot water for showers, yummy coffee and a large bottle of water for us when we arrived. If you rent a car, the roads are manageable, our Google maps worked well to the villa and around the island, the only scary party is the drive through the narrow alley to the villa from the road and parking, but you’ll get the hang of it!

Eleni and Fortini are wizards at providing the ultimate hospitality for their guests! Eleni welcomed me early which I really appreciated to a gorgeous, modern, sleek, BRAND NEW Villa. Fortini spolied me with a Welcome of Fruit, Punch, & a delicious slice of mousse cake, water, juice, & premium coffee. The morning breakfasts were scrumptious and perfect Fuel to Start the Day. Inside the gorgeous , fresh-smelling 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa, there's an abundance of towels, premium shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. The running water is nice and hot 🔥 and plenty of electrical outlets brilliantly located throughout . Top Notch & Quiet Air Conditioners in Every Room. A lit up staircase leads you to the 2nd floor with a terrace & the 1st floor patio includes a sleek lit plunge pool. The lighting & design of this villa was done masterfully. *Very important-The beds & PILLOWS are SUPER COMFORTABLE - And a NICE HOT HAIR DRYER . Location is CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, e.g., RED BEACH, A MUST VISIT. I Captured a MAGNIFICENT & STUNNING SUNSET Minutes From the Villa. Eleni gave a delicious restaurant suggestion, "Taverna Lava"- Spot on! Eleni put alot of Love & Effort Into this Home Away from Home, You Feel it Throughout. You need nothing but Relax. Location - it was a very quiet neighborhood. Host - Atreas was the best. He was so helpful with all our needs. He gave us recommendations on restaurants in the area and around santorini. When we needed transportation, he was quick in getting one for us. In other words, we had a great time at this property. I highly recommend this place four everyone.

The accommodation is comfortable (especially the beds) and well equipped, the air conditioning is very quiet & efficient, the outdoor space is great & loved the private rooftop pool. But the exceptional host is what made the stay amazing, nothing was to much trouble, from advice on where to visit, booking the best tables at amazing restaurants, best tours around the island to complimentary bottled water, coffee , a lovely welcome bowl of fresh fruits & Santorini wine. Villa cleaned on request, fresh & new bath towels & pool towels. Can’t recommend these villas highly enough! We will definitely be returning.

Emporio is a bit out of the main cities and attractions of the island but it's a beautiful and quiet village and that was perfect for us. A big thank you to Giannis, a truly perfect host.

The house is spacious and the two separate bedrooms were perfect for our family. We had privacy in the garden as well as wonderful sea and mountain view from the balcony. We could even see the moon rising from the sea.
