We had an amazing stay in this villa. The staff was just incredibly friendly and helpful. They arranged transit from airport and to port for very good price, as well as private sailing boat trip with their partner for half the price of what tourist trap offers for group tour (the captain was super nice and funny too!!) I highly recommend as a must stay place. 2 minor drawbacks: a bit noisy with nearby road when sunbathing by the pool (but all quiet at night, no noise from bedroom), and a bit of a distance from thira (20 min by car) and oia (35/40 min by car). Nevertheless, I would go again if I have the chance to!!

Really nice place in the middle of the small village of Megalochori. The apartment fits the photo and is luxurious. We shared a nice moment and the bottle of wine offered by the host was perfect for the moment. The host is really available and kind :).

The Apartment was just like in the pictures. The outside area with the Jacuzzi was very big and super nice, we had sun all day. The village is very pretty and quiet, but you still have everything that you need - a Minimarket, very nice restaurants and a 10min walk to a very nice viewpoint over the coast, 15min drive to Fira... We could even order a delicious breakfast that was delivered to our apartment. Our host Adriana was amazing. She sent us tips and recommendations for trips, restaurant etc. and made reservations for us which we appreciated very much.

So glad we stayed in Megalochori, traditional Greek village .Sure lots of people go to Santorini for the beaches but this village gives the true experience.. Easy access to bus & services. Eugenia made our arrival & stay easy & enjoyable. She provided us with advice & tips for touring the island. A delightful terrace under the bougainvillea provided a great spot for morning coffee & evening happy hour. Well equipped kitchen for eating at home & some nice restaurants within walking distance. The Family Bakery is close by for fresh bread, pastries & cold beer.

The villa is apparently over 100 years old, every detail is unique to it and feels special. Definetly the one we’ll remember from the whole Greece trip. Surrounding town is well worth a visit, cosy and quiet during the day, the town square gets lively at dinner time. Loved our stay in the villa and the kids loved the pool. Inner courtyard is sunny and has complete privacy from the surrounding houses. The host is very kind and welcoming.

The location is about 15mins drive from Fira, so best to stay here if you have a car. Plenty of parking, as well as one charging point for EVs. The heating in our hot tub was not working due to a storm the previous day, but the manager offered us an additional room next to ours so we could use the hot tub of that room. Although the hottub in the next room was smaller, but we appreciated the gesture and hospitality (+ a free lunch for the inconvenience).VivekYoung couple

The beds are really comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with glasses, plates and everything you need! The jacuzzi was heated and usable throughout the afternoon and the evening. The studio is a short walk from the central square. Our host Lambrini was just wonderful - thank you for making our stay so comfortable and for treating us with a bottle of wine. We will certainly be back!

The terrace was fantastic with an amazing view, hammock, sunbeds and the hot tub. In Oktober the temperature of the sun, wind, water and shadow were perfect. We felt so grateful to just be there and watch the sunset. The apartment itself is made and decorated with love and also very nice. The beautiful little village close by made our stay almost perfekt.
