Located in Skiathos Town, 600 metres from Megali Ammos Beach and 600 metres from Skiathos Plakes Beach, Kefi House Skiathos provides air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi.

A gorgeous contemporary style house, immaculate and super clean. Beautiful terrace for breakfast and a lovely little courtyard entrance too. We loved the location, a few minutes walk to the harbour and sea front and also down to the Main Street, shops and cafes etc. It was also very quiet and we slept so well. Kefi House was also close to a lovely local friendly taverna, just around the corner (and a pizzeria which we didn’t try). We would definitely return.

Jenny's House, cabana o cottage a Ciutat de Skíathos

Situated in Skiathos Town, 700 metres from Skiathos Plakes Beach and 2.4 km from Vassilias Beach, Jenny's House offers air conditioning.

Nice location directly in the city center; therefore you can reach most facilities within a five to ten minute walk. Although I was a solo traveler, this property comfortably accommodates 2-4 people. There is a kitchen of good size and the owner also kindly provided a bottle of water. It was about a 30-40 minute from the airport which I would recommend taking if you’re not traveling with a hell lot of luggage, as you pass by the famous end of the airport’s runaway and the scenic port.

LIVADAKI COTTAGE has a patio and is located in Skiathos Town, within just less than 1 km of Small Troulos Beach and a 18-minute walk of Katharina Beach.

Everything was wonderful, when we return to Skiathos we will definitely stay here. A chic villa well positioned on the island, with privacy and close to everything you need nearby. The owner, Ioana, helped us with absolutely everything we needed.

Very nice little cottage in the hills above Skiathos town. Nicely decorated with every amenity you would need for a comfortable, more rustic stay. A steep climb until the house so it's better if you have a car (parking included). A more closer-to-nature stay close to hiking trails and the wonderful Evagelistria monastery.

Dream on a wave has a balcony and is situated in Skiathos Town, within just less than 1 km of Megali Ammos Beach and a 0-minute walk of Skiathos' Port.

I think that this accomodation was the best choice what we did. Absolutely beautiful small house with three floors. Absolutely all in one - beautiful, comfortable, perfect for family, 30s from promenade. Do not think if this one is good choice because it is the best choice. And also from house it is felt that it is built by heart...... Thank you a lot that we had the opportunity to be there.

This was probably different from our usual choices! But Viva La Difference! An apartment with a large bathroom and a separate private enclosed courtyard. This was also ‘contemporary’ in feel . The location was very good as well with a short walk to the main shopping precinct in Skiathos.
